Happy with my order

Only looked at the reviews after ordering a phone and was then concerned it wouldn't arrive. However I need not worry, it arrived within 3 days of ordering all present and correct. Happy with the phone so far.

Terrible customer service

Parcel delivered to wrong address, photo from courier confirmation. Emailed and called Honor 8/9 times. All they say is" back office dealing with it". Taken so long I have had to buy a tablet elsewhere, no refund, no information, nothing. So bad I would not advise anyone to buy from them

Liars and awful customer service

I bought the kids tablet, i went with this company as they have a guarantee stated on the website for the kids tablet "you break it within 2 years, we replace it no questions asked" well my son is autistic and breaks tablets often so it seemed like a good deal, and a few months later he did break it. However they are liars they messed me around for 2 months taking ages to respond to my emails or not responding at all, then said they would not replace the tablet as liquid damage is not covered under warranty. This seems deceptive after saying "no questions asked". They also speak to you in a very patronising way. I wont be buying from this company again

Be aware before buying a phone from Honor

As it's been highlighted by others. Honor use a company called SBE ltd, they are crooks and make any excuses not to repair the phone even when it's under warranty. Why would you want to buy at £1399 phone from a company that does not or provide a good level of customer service. After just under a year my magic V3 has developed a fault on the inner screen with the light bars at the bottom of the screen. I haven't dropped or damaged this phone. in fact it been in a case all it's life. Before you even send off the phone they mark it out of warranty, even though they provide a two year warranty.
I have been a Samsung user for many years and having owned a fold 4 phone for two years, it developed a fault. I took it into Samsung in KingCross and they repaired the inner screen. it was the hinge that developed the fault. they not only replace the hinge, but all the screen and also a new battery and return it to me within 3 days to my home. it has made me realise how good Samsung are and the level of customer service they provide. My fold was 1 week of the 2 year warranty running out and yet they did not make a fuss, simply repaired the phone and returned it to me like new. I have bought a new fold 7 along with all the discounts and offers they gave me the phone was cheaper than the honor v5. Any anyone thinking of buying a fold phone do not use this company save your money go to a reliable company like Samsung. I was the first one to praise honor and loved my V3 but now after the bismol customer service that I've had through no fault of my own, I would not recommend this company to anyone else stay away from it save your money go to a more reputable company who deals with the issues and has better quality customer service. I have made a complaint to honor they said that they would escalate the case and it's been over a week and I have still not heard anything each time I phone I'm just giving the same excuse that they have escalated it and we'll be in touch with you soon, it's ridiculous when you pay this much money for a phone that you do not get the level of service that you expect.

Beyond terrible customer service and warranty support

Customer service take forever to engage that’s if they do at all.
They will not carry out warranty repairs and will try to fob you off with defective workmanship of their devices by claiming any damage is caused by accidental damage caused by the owner.

Waste of electrics

I remember as a child using two tin cans and a piece of string to communicate with a friend.
That is a step up from the useless piece of excrement that Honor along with Google call a phone.
Constantly losing passwords and hiding files.
Worst piece of rubbish I've ever owned.

They should be banned from trading in the UK!

This was my first time moving away from iPhone, and I was genuinely excited to try a HONOR device. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of appalling.

I paid £1,409 for a phone that never arrived — instead, I received a charger, pen, and case. The phone was on the invoice but completely missing from the box. Since then, I’ve been left without clear timescales, ignored by management, and fobbed off on live chat. I wasted hours chasing answers when I should have been working.

For a company of this size, the lack of accountability and communication is shocking. I still have no phone, no refund, no transcript of my chat as requested, and no complaints procedure provided. Worse still, their actions make it feel as though I’m being treated with suspicion instead of as a valued new customer.

This entire experience has been stressful, disappointing, and insulting. Do not even entertain this company they are crooks

I have reported them to trading standards and PayPal have opened an investigation into them

Confusing and Unclear Return Process With Honor UK

I recently arranged a return of my Honor device (Tablet + Pencil) and the process has been confusing and frustrating.

I had scheduled a collection but received no confirmation about the courier, date or time. When I contacted Honor support through chat, the agent asked me to provide all my details again and then asked when I wanted to return the order, which made me think my original booking hadn’t been registered. I finally received the return labels and confirmation of collection, but only after a lot of back and forth. I was also told, for the first time, that the pen and the tablet had to be sent in separate outer boxes because of DHL’s policy. There is no mention of this on Honor’s website, so without contacting support I would never have known. Even after that, it wasn’t immediately clear which labels to use on which box or when I would get my refund.

I also asked for a copy of the chat transcript for my records and was told I would need to submit a separate email request for that. This adds another layer of effort for a simple return.

The agents I spoke to were polite and tried to help, but the process itself is disjointed, lacks clear instructions, and puts the burden on the customer to chase information. Clearer guidance on your website, automatic confirmation of returns, and an easier way to access chat transcripts would make the experience much better.

I will update this review with the timeline of how long it takes for Honor to process my refund once the products are collected.

Once they have your money they don't care

Bought an Honor Magic Pro 7 in March 25. All of a sudden it stopped working properly. Replaced the SIM card, did a couple of factory resets, nothing. Phoned customer service, sent a form to fill in and then nothing. Did another factory reset and it started to work hit and miss. Waited 2 weeks to hear from Honor and received nothing. So phoned them to be told they have a delay because all forms are reviewed manually, they must be getting so many problems with them they can't cope. Been told I've got to wait for an email and an envelope to arrive. So at least another ten days and still no fully working phone. Was told it might be longer if it requires part's. They have no interest in customer service. I won't be buying anything from Honor again.

GRRRR! Why didn't I come here FIRST?!?!

Ok so I spent the most ever on a phone and got the worst ever for a phone.
The phone is buggy, the customer service is literally the worst ever and I have been in the mobile came since 1995. They refuse to help me at all and when I asked a simple question like what needs to be present for me to get a warranty replacement on my phone.....im told you have a 14 day return policy. Not my ?tion but ok. When I asked for the chat transcript so I can send it to my credit card company for the chargeback, they refused. They did an update and GOOGLE says, the security protocols are not met on this device and it's BLOCKED from accessing Google services. I was told oh a fix is coming a fix is coming. 3 months of not being able to use this phone that costs more than the body of a new camera (which is the only reason I got a new phone) and its finally works again. It's just cheap quality and the customer service is literally useless. AVOIIIID!!!

Don't buy or don't buy from honour website

I bought the honor 7 pro on their website. I have an issue with my phone not charging. I believe it's the charger. I call honor customer service. They say it's out of warranty. It's not been 6 months and it's apparently already out of warranty. Then customer service is unhelpful at all, I don't know why but I am very disappointed with customer service. I feel that I can't trust a word of what they say.
I wish I would've got a different manufacturer flagship phone.
I would advise to buy on a UK based website and not directly because in the UK electronics have a warranty of longer than 6 months.
Avoid, saving £100 is not worth the hassle, just get OnePlus or Nothing or many others...

Can't link my existing watch to my new honor phone

Have tried to link my Huawei watch to my new honor phone without any success. The only devices it allows are honor well the watch was a Christmas present and I am happy with it and not prepared to buy an honor phone to be able to use the thing properly. Very disappointed as it won't work with honor health and it won't allow me to download my Huawei health app that did work very well. Would not recommend at all

Honor lack Honour

Honor lack Honour! My Magic2 main screen delamination and failed after a few months. I sent back for a warranty repair. They told me it was outside warranty because the outside screen had some damage (unrelated) and they cannot do partial repairs. This is a £1000 phone and they want over £800 to repair it. My Samsung Fold had a similar issue and they took it back and repaired it without question. Honor really are rubbish. When I called them (they never replied to emaails( they lied about not having received emails even though another person had told me they could see them, and then they simply sent the damaged phone back without any explanation. I need to escalate this. Anyone else experienced such poor and dishonest treatment?

Very poor customer service lets down the Honor experience

Very poor customer service, I wish I had checked out customer reviews before spending a lot of money on Honor products. They ignored me for weeks and cut me off while on online chat. They accused me of damaging the phone without even looking at it. I had to get outside help and they still doubled down on blaming me, I am now stuck with a phone with a major fault as I have had to give up after nearly four months of waiting around.

False Advertising???

Bought a tablet which advertised SD card slot to expand the memory. But it does not matter what I try no app will go through to the SD card. Been on to customer service who gave me a set of instructions but still no joy. Been back on to customer service but no reply. Have since read of others having the same problems. This to me so far looks like false advertising and maybe should be reported to trading standards. This is very sad as I've just bought a phone and tablet from this company and am very happy with the products apart from the above
