Terrible service
Terrible service. Reported to them that my month old V5 fold has started to flicker after doing an extended viewing of a film (around 90 mins). Received a reply that my phone will need to be sent to them for checking. What do they expect me to use while my phone is being checked?
For a phone this price, I expected high quality of product and service. Certainly disappointed with the resolution! I deserve better!
Honor UK no honor there at all
order a touch screen laptop, it arrived non touch screen, i rang them the day i got it on the 07/12/25 to be told if you look at the small writing at the bottom of the very long page nowhere near the laptop you just brought that clearly say its touch screen, it says it is not. So i arranged as advertised on there website a return and refund for ANY reason, They received the laptop on the 10/12/2025 and as stated on their web site full refund can take upto 14 day. I got the refund on the 12/01/2026, after web chat, emails phone calls. terrible company. the people I spoke to were not a problem and helpful but i would not recommend dealing with honor uk, they should really change their name
Decent hardware but bad after sales support
Decent hardware.
Accidentally Broke screen
Call centre staff friendly but difficult to understand, strong accents
Repair only by post no walk in centre anywhere in the UK.
SBE sent a jiffy bag to send back a £1400 phone really?!
29th Dec case raised phone received back 14 December.
SBE part was quick.
Useless!
Purchased the honor magic V5 from o2 with the promise of a free gift once submitted and applied for.
Purchased the phone and submitted my claim (process was painful enough as it was).
Was then told to wait 21 days for processing and delivery - waited 24 days to hear nothing back or receive my the gift. Once I chased this up I was then told that they are our of stock with no timeframe for dispatch. No solution offered.
Poor customer service. Poor after sales support.
There is a reason Samsung, apple and even Google are the main market share holders....
Avoid at all costs.
Honor 400 Pro - Truly Outstanding
Honor 400 Pro - outstanding in every sense of the word.
As a YouTube Tech reviewer and advisor I've been an massive IPhone and Samsung phone user and fan since the time began in the mobile phone world and swore that no other manufacturer could even come close to these 2 companies
HOWEVER.... Since owning the Honor 400 5g, then the Honor 400 Pro along with testing out the Honor Magic 7 Pro I can't believe that this company has produced 3 devices that really shine and literally makes companies such as Apple and Samsung look not only behind on the technology side of things but also so greedy that you could feel like you've been somewhat robbed.
The Honor 400 Pro/Magic 7 Pro especially has everything to offer (and more) that any of my Samsung ultra devices have and can do (minus the S-Pen), and are well in front of everything that Apples iphone can do, but with the difference as Honor can do all of it at a fraction of the cost (and I really do mean at a fraction of the cost ?????)
Honor classes the Honor 400 Pro as a midrange device but in reality it's far closer to a top tier device in my honest opinion especially when you look at how much faster the battery can charge up in in comparison to both apple and Samsung devives...but also putting into the equation with how long the Battery lasts for with these Honor devices, and its for not just a day (under med usage) like Samsung and iPhone devices last, not even 2 days, but 3 days with 2 figures of percentage still left to play with and this is just a small example of what I'm trying to say (I could write a small book on the Honor 400 Pro with its advantages over samsungs high end devices and Apple iPhones)
Let's put it another way you can purchased 2 Honor 400 Pros and still come away with a huge amount of change or buy 1 x Honor 400 Pro and tge Honor Magic 7 Pro and have still have cash in your in you back pocket compared to the cost of Samsung and Apples high end devices.
Honors customer service is also far better than (again) both Apple and Samsung and if you do experience any issues then these guys will sort the issue out very quickly and very fairly with the very small but of maybe having to wait a few more days since you will have to send you device back to Honor first, unlike Samsung (that can fix your phone at home as quickly as a few days time, or Apple that'll do a door step exchange (in most cases)
Personally I'd prefer to opt to saving a Hugh amount of cash over fast repair/exchange time and in all fairness with the 2 Honor devices that I have (400 5G and 400 Pro) and the Magic 7 Pro (that a friend has) from launch date we've both never had any issues whatsoever.
110% recommend Honor devices and I'll never buy another Samsung or iPhone after this very surprising and positive experience
Shocking service
Shocking service. Ordered a tablet and an empty box was delivered on 14th December. Took until 12th January to receive refund. Was constantly fobbed off saying refund will be with you in a few days and could not speak to anyone highly than a customer service rep. Only refunded after I threatened a charge back
Similar to others
777Similar to others, I placed an order on the 10th of December for the magic 7pro with the gift of a free tablet, today the 13th of January and still not in my possession.
They asked me to fill in a denial/loss form which I was sceptical about as I had not lost anything. They continue to ask for a police report but fail to give me the IEMI number required by the police to proceed. Anyway after explaining that the package postage was around 500g light showing it was not sent. As the postage weight would be near 1.5kg and not the 1 killos paid label and 948g delivery(tablet only -no phone)
The police twice responded saying it was neither there issue nor mine and it's between honor and the courier.
I have tried explaining this and forwarded police official response. But they continue to ask for something I cannot give as I have not been in receipt of said phone to have lost it.
Promised call back from manager, told internal investigation being carried out, checking cameras etc. No time frame of resolution. When I contact for updates I get the same standard response, police report needed etc. Can't make it up. Can't get the issue escalated. Gave final notice and contacted my credit provider for a refund. Another month's wait...
Clown show, appalling experience
Appalling experience. App freezing issues on the V5 meant a return and another phone delivered with damaged packaging (a 'new' phone). Their warehouse lost one of my packages containing the returned phone, the other was a pen and charger (they asked me to return in to two packages). Still awaiting a refund three weeks after return after being mislead and ignored by their customer team. They claimed I never returned the phone. Am getting in touch with credit card company.
Update: After reporting to my credit card company the phone was magically found and a refund received. Will be going to the Ombudsman for compensation for time, inconvenience and stress of chasing them for over three weeks.
Customer service garbage.Dont buy…
Customer service garbage.Dont buy anything from Honor app.If something will go wrong customer service operator will be responding 5 days time and will not help you.
Avoid avoid avoid
Avoid avoid avoid! False advertising on website, shambolic customer service, complete waste of time and money , absolutely awful experience
Never
Never, ever buy anything directly from Honor. I ordered a phone in early December and never received it; someone else's order (a phone case) was sent to me. Customer service is the worst possible. A month has passed and I still haven't received a refund. I'm warning you!
Don't make the same mistake I did
Don't make the same mistake I did.
This is probably the worst phone you will buy in your lifetime. Bad quality and broken screen after 3 months. They now refuse to fix.
What a joke!!
Awful
Awful. Bought a honor magic 7 pro in February this year and the video quality is awful since the latest magic OS update a couple of weeks ago. Customer service want a self check done and sending to them, which cannot be done as the phone will not allow a screen recording of a recording. Waste of space. Poor quality products. Avoid at all costs.
DON'T! YOU WERE WARNED!
DON'T! YOU WERE WARNED!
Placed an order last Monday for an Honor 200 Pro, tracking shows there was a problem at the sorting depot and it's effectively gone missing. Honor refuse to do anything about it until their investations are complete, mean while holding MY money with no product!
Absolute joke. Will be doinga chargeback on my card.
Faulty official keyboard/case
I bought a Honor magic pad 2 which came with a keyboard/case which was a free gift, when they arrived it was impossible to fit the tablet into the case, the tablet kept forcing it's way out.
I emailed Honor who asked me to return the keyboard/case and they would replace it, got a confirmation email to say they had received it, then out of the blue and email stating I had been refunded (how do you refund someone the price of a free gift?) Rang support and I was told it would be escalated and that I would get a phone call, rang them again after waiting 4 days, they are still waiting for a supervisor to look at the claim.
I informed them nearly 2 weeks ago and before I sent it back that this was a Christmas present and had it confirmed today that I won't get it in time.
8 days since last email answered and almost pointless ringing them.
The whole point in buying the tablet was because it came with the keyboard/case definitely regretting it now.
Order 85180087743
Order 85180087743
Took payment on 2nd December, no phone, no tracking no ETA.
Obnoxious customer service insisted I fill out denial form, which is impossible as they never sent the item.
Unhelpful. Rude. Useless. Refused to provide escalation details.
Raised case with PayPal
Avoid this firm, will never use them again.
Appalling Honor UK cheated its own customers!!
I was considering a move to Honor but for me it's the small things that put me off them. Honor UK ran a competition for the Magic V5 multiscreen challenge and forgot to do a draw to determine winners. I know a couple people have reached out to Honor UK and someone said they were initially told there was overwhelming response and the winners have all been notified. But then someone else was surprisingly told they are still looking into it, months after the competition closed. What a joke of a company!! You can do better Honor UK! Glad I didn't fall into the Honor trap.
Return nighmare
I returned a phone as Honor sent me the wrong one...It arrived back with them on 25/11/25 and I received an email saying they had received my return but as of now 11/12/25 I still haven't had a refund and am being asked for proof that I sent it back... Even though I had an email telling me they had received it back! I will never use Honor again that's for sure!
Unprofessional
I’ve always been satisfied with HONOR products; my family has many HONOR products, and we have never had issues before, which makes this experience even more disappointing. My son’s watch strap tore after less than three weeks of use. HONOR doesn’t offer spare straps, and third-party options are minimal, take a long time to arrive, and have poor quality. Customer service refused an exchange. I explained my frustration wasn’t personal, but the way I was spoken to was unprofessional and disappointing. I used to recommend all the products to everyone around me. People assumed that I was selling it. This experience has really changed how I feel about the brand.
I bought the product from honor shop…
