**Appalling Customer Service and Return Process**

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Honor and DHL regarding my recent purchase and return of a Magic Pad 2, Pen, and adapter.

I initially returned all three items via DHL, but they were sent back due to battery concerns with the unopened earbuds. Despite following instructions from both Honor and DHL, the earbuds were returned multiple times, with damaged packaging and one earbud missing after the third attempt. Now they expect me to waste my time again waiting at home for them to attempt a 4th return, on top of the 3 other occasions I have taken time out of my days to leave the item at a DHL drop off point.

Honor's customer service was unhelpful and inconsistent. Advisors provided conflicting information and failed to resolve the issue, resulting in significant inconvenience and frustration. The environmental and financial costs of this debacle far outweigh the value of the item.

I have lost faith in Honor and DHL, and I will be turning to their competitors for future purchases. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from Honor or using DHL.

Mobile phone not delivered

I ordered a mobile Magic phone and paid by Paypal. It took a while to receive, so I checked their app. The app said that all my orders were cancelled, even though payment had been taken. I tried contacting Honor by email a number of times, and then by phone a few times. Each time I got cut off.
I want to make a dispute with Paypal, but I have to contact the company in the first instance, which I am unable to do.
This is customer care at its worst. I do hope I get a refund.

I bought a magic pad 2 tablet which was advertised that it will come with a pen a keyboard as a gift. Few days later I received the tablet but there's no pen included.
I tried to contact support via email but nobody bothered to answer.
After another few days I managed to get in touch with them via the live chat and guess what: they could see the pen was not included but they can't help. What a joke of a company!

Avoid- it's just not worth it

Avoid- it's just not worth it. Zero customer service presence, no tracking provided, no updates provided. I have no idea where my order is even after countless emails. I ordered on the 6th Nov for express delivery and it's now the 13th and no sign of my phone. In this day and age this is just unacceptable. Wish I had gone for a Samsung or Pixel and avoided this message and stress

Return and customer service

Bought the new Honor 200 smart mobile phone but wanted to return it since it is too slow and lags in performance. Bought it straight from their website but by mistake did not log in and made a guest check out which came out as a bad choice.

Honor says that I have to contact their support team to get a return label if a guest checkout was used.

so I try calling them but the number is constantly busy only listen to music, and computer prompt asking email them or press 1 to continue and this computer prompt to press 1 to stay in queue happens every 30 seconds or so .I realize that Honor is being sneaky by making the caller choose to stay in the queue by hitting 1 every other minute or few seconds , else the call disconnects. Call disconnected anyway after about 30 mins. Now I am sending an email to them and looking forward to their response but comments in online forums suggest they dont respond to that either. fingers crossed

ONLY BUY THEIR PRODUCTS FROM A RESELLER

ONLY BUY THEIR PRODUCTS FROM A RESELLER

As everyone has already mentioned, HONOR customer service is non-existent. They are based in a foreign country with no one answering.

I had an order that was meant to arrive 8 days ago but has not been delivered. Contacted them and they just cut you off telling you they shipped it so they don't care.

It's a shame because their products are good. So just make sure not to buy directly from them, or you will regret it.

Oh how I wish I'd read the reviews on here before purchasing from this company. Customer service is shocking. Purchased a new phone in September. Received and charged for 2, been trying ever since to send one of them back for a refund but when I finally get a response from customer services and they give me a return label to a place where there is no response when the courier delivered it

My phone is glitching and over heating

My phone is glitching and over heating. Getting so hot I can hold it. I have to take the cover off. I find it hard to do much on my phone now. I spoke to the live chat. They said I can send my phone off for repair. But they won't replace my phone with another while it's being repaired. I need my phone for appointments, work, etc. So I'd be without a phone for who knows how long. Then the live chat dissappeared when I said I wasn't happy. I want rude, and getting angry. Just told them I wasn't happy with this. So they just abandoned the conversion after I was in the queue waiting to be seen.
So not happy with customer care or product.

Worst phones and customer service

Worst phones and customer service, the most glitchy tech I have ever bought, freezing lagging was the first issue. Tried to back up after deleting apps. It could not hold network and now I have lost plenty. Will never buy again.

Never buy an Honor tablet

Never buy an Honor tablet. After less than a year ours stopped charging, it was still under warranty so we sent it for repair. After a month of not hearing anything I called them and was told to call the repair center. The tablet had a very small crack in the screen which had been there far longer than the fault with charging and absolutely nothing to do with the fault. But because of that the warranty was void and they want to charge me £169 to get the tablet back.

Great at first

Great at first, but since the latest update a few months ago. Google Pay stopped working and also my delivery app because the phone 'doesnt meet system requirements' Honor couldn't fix it, went back and forth so many times. they said it would be fixed in the update. update came, still broken. Do not get the Magic V2 as they only care about the phone until the new phone comes out then you on your own

Magic Pad 2 amazing, my 3rd Honor product

I recently bought a Magic Pad 2 to replace my Pad 8 tablet that had served me well for 18 months. I also own a Magic Watch 2 smart watch that has been faultless. The MP2 is an exceptional piece of kit offering stunning screen, great audio & a keyboard/case that actually works well. It came bundled with the keyboard & also the pen which works well. Well built (as usual) & amazing value. I've never had issues with any Honor product & delivery is quick with great communication.

Bought the new Magic V3 foldable from Honor UK

Bought the new Magic V3 foldable on the day of release. Delivered next day by DHL. Spent 3 hours configuring it, then the phone offered a software update. During the update, phone entered an endless reboot loop. Phoned Honor UK Support. Over the next 2½ hours, either the phone line cut after 30 min or I was repeatedly hung up on. Tried the Chat service - no response. Sent support an email. Next day fruitlessly phoned and used Chat for another 2 hours. Sent another email, formerly rejecting the phone, repair or replacement. 4 days later a reply email offering repair and a phone call offering £50 discount against future purchase - REJECTED.

Issued refund claim to PayPal (Credit). Honor issued Logistics PDF for DHL return - with corrupted address on it. Emailed support, next day email with replacement PDF with same corrupted address. Emailed Support again and again and again. Never got correct paperwork or sensible reply.

Sent it back today using the corrupted address as PayPal didn't want to know and had given me a firm deadline to return it.

Evidence shows Honor support translate all incoming emails into Mandarin, reply in Mandarin, then translate it back into English. No wonder they didn't have a clue what I was saying and the address got corrupted. (Nothing wrong with my English!)

Copied my latter emails to senior management without response.

By anything from Honor UK at your peril.

I wish I read other reviews earlier

I wish I read other reviews earlier, when I bought Honor Magic v2 in February, seven months ago, directly from Honor UK. When I tried to contact customer support about warranty repair for the phone (poor Bluetooth connection), I realised there was no customer service! The online forms remained unanswered. The emails to customer service remained unanswered. When I tried to contact via Facebook, I was told that "the team will be working on my issue", like a warranty repair is not supposed to be a straightforward process. Then they took my phone number so "someone from the team will contact you". No one contacted me, though. This is the worst customer experience I ever had. So if you decide to buy a £1300 gadget from Honor, be warned: if something happens to it, you are on your own

Update: after a couple of weeks, Honor contacted me and sent over the return envelope. It was a regular A4 bubble envelope, which I found inadequate for such an expensive device, especially considering that by default, the phone is assumed OUT OF WARRANTY until the assessment is done. That means any damage to the item on its way back will invalidate the warranty. I decided not to return the phone, as I have no trust in their repair or replacement process for the above reasons.

Appalling Chinese Company with Total Disregard for UK Consumer Law

My experience with Honor has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I purchased a Honor Magicbook 16 Pro laptop from them less than two years ago, and it developed a major battery fault shortly after the one-year warranty expired. This timing is suspiciously convenient and raises concerns about planned obsolescence, where products are seemingly designed to fail just after the warranty period ends, forcing customers to pay for expensive repairs or replacements.

Despite UK consumer law under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which provides protection for up to six years for faulty goods, Honor has repeatedly refused to acknowledge their legal obligations. After multiple communications, including a discussion with a representative who assured me my case would be escalated, I have received nothing but dismissive responses citing their one-year warranty policy — which is irrelevant given the clear legal requirements in the UK. Their customer service team completely ignored my requests and failed to respond appropriately, even after I provided clear evidence of the law they are violating.

Having read through other reviews on Trustpilot, I can see that many customers have had similar experiences, and unfortunately, I can confirm that the negative reviews are absolutely true. Honor seems to ignore valid concerns and shows a total disregard for their customers, especially when dealing with issues that occur outside their very limited warranty period.

Due to Honor’s refusal to comply with UK law, I have already initiated a claim through the small claims court to enforce my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I am determined to hold Honor accountable for their disregard of consumer protections, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this company if you expect fair treatment and respect for your legal rights.

Rating: 1/5
Verdict: Avoid Honor if you want reliable customer service and companies that respect consumer law!

Non-existent Customer Service

Non-existent Customer Service

Placed an order 10 days ago & nothing has happened.
Tried phoning (no-one answers), emailing, the app, chat on the website & even Twitter all to no avail.
If/when the order does arrive I pray to God that there are no issues as it seems to be impossible to get any kind of contact with the company!
