My friend is a father of an autistic…

My friend is a father of an autistic child who took care of my son for past almost 4 years all by it self but his ex wife who left him and his son is now using her power and position to manipulate the local authorities and who without even knowing the other side of the story is harassing my friend and his autistic son, abducting from school, modifying all records the family court etc.And the social worker Sinead Rippington has told him that she will finish his career and that she is working for the past 20 years, she even made the cafcass officer write a wrong report. They are treating my friend as a criminal an constantly say that his son is at risk,on top he and his son are so happy as his son suffered so much from his abusive mother.what a shame to say this is London.i have all records and everything ready for any investigation.

Rude&incompetent

Rude, incompetent and deaf psychopaths working in Environmental Health department. I am wondering who is responsible and checking if their workers are suitable to jobs they are doing. Obviously, that's not what concerns them. Better worker because they dont have to do anything. Hopefully somebody will deal with the council itself so they become aware what their responsibilities are.

COMPLAINTS DEPT / NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

Complaints Department. Can someone tell me what they actually do ? Has anyone ever had any help from them ? Have they actually resolved anything ?I have been trying to resolve a damp/mould problem in my flat that has been on-going for 15 years. When I sent all the details (copies of emails and letters) to the Complaints Team.... they sent me a brochure on how to avoid damp. ABSOLUTELY USELESS/NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. PS: LBH would be down on me like flies on sh*t if I didn't pay the rent.

Planning dept are useless!

Planning dept are useless!

Made an application and had a site visit, they're absolutely ridiculous. I almost feel sick going through this shocking experience. They don't respond, they haven't delivered a report back, it's been over 12 weeks and they've delayed the entire building. Honestly this is beyond incompetent. What's worse is we pay for all these services and they're rubbish!

Ill have paid £1700 in fees to this useless department for my applications and still they don't respond. Councils need reform, the slow workers should be fired and productive members rewarded.

I have logged a formal complaint and I'll have to take it to the regulator because this isn't an acceptable provision of civil service.

Intimidation and aggressive behaviour

On 3rd Aug 2024 there was altercation with my neighbour, to try to resolve the issue with Scheme Manager and her boss with no success, I reported to the complains dept 20 Sept 2024.

I am very disappointed with the response from the complains team,
My concern was not taken seriously and I was informed as there were no witness and that he was not here
nothing can be gone.

Leaving me feeling intimidating and no duty of care and have no faith in LBH complaints team

London borough of Hillingdon work on…

London borough of Hillingdon work on working days to give tax refunds. Their website states10-21working days and state it is not worth calling them until 21 days is up. Once the 21 days are up they quote 30 days blaming a back log. Really !!! Into today’s world what can possibly take 30 days and counting to process a refund.
How is it possible to be 20 days from minimum to beyond maximum time to process a refund.?
Perhaps we should all be allowed to pay the council tax a minimum of 30 working days in arrears
At least update your online presence to mange your choice less customers expectations

A black rubishman keeps throwing and piling reciclable and non reciclable bags from all neighbours, in front of my house, in the street and the alley. Every tuesday this guy keeps coming and throwing these bags, leaving rubish everywhere, and worst, he's doing it in front of our house, so many times people have to pass through the street or our garden. after leaving them for half day, the recicling team comes and picks up only the reciclable ones, leaving rubish in front of our house, and people that wanna pass or park, they just assume it's ours and they throw it in our garden. i made several complaints, they said it's solved but i've become a target apparently. Worst council ever !!!

Parking ticket

Paid already as I don’t want to waste my time to appeal for some thing that it will go no where
strategy of changing to brown colour the bays and people who pays 2.50 per half hr just to pop in a shop for 20 minutes
By the bust station in Uxbridge

No sense. Is just an unfair way to get you to pay 55 pounds on top of the parking time
Just because if you don’t see that as it wasn’t like that no long ago , is a Trap and You will end up getting the penalty

Hillingdon Council. Should go around to get council tax from people who don’t pay
No get those money from people who fairly pay the parking

Unresponsive

Have attempted to contact the council tens of thousands of times regarding permits for photoshoots and there's been zero response. No replies to any calls, emails, or letters sent. Beyond rubbish and the people working here should be embarrassed and ashamed.

Hillingdon council is good for nothing

Hillingdon council is good for nothing. They treat their tenants like bagger. Me and my kids we all are not well and my boiler gone. I am keep calling them whole night as don't have hot water or heating in my house. It's impossible to get call connected with VHL. I called hillingdon council emergency again to ask them to help me as VHL is not getting connected and they said keep trying calling them and they are not ready to help. when your call get connected to VHL you have to wait literally 15 to 20 minutes on the call then you will be asked to leave the message but nobody bothered getting back after leaving the voicemail. So basically you have to ruin whole night try calling them in emergency but they don't bother then again when you call them in the morning they are offering appointment after 2 days🤬.

Another proud day in my life being a Hillingdon resident. A penalty notice for trickling through a box junction making the assumption the person in front was leaving the junction. Not impacting any cars on either side of the road. Just a cash cow.

Do a get a rebate for bins overflowing in the streets and litter everywhere. Broken pavements. I guess not. Lets just invest in high tech fine generating technology and forget the basics.

The box is on a main road entering a relatively quiet residential road. Does it even need a box. Then again not box no fine.

Comedy council.

Hillingdon Waste Collectors Are Now Pro Botanists

Clearly Hillingdon pulls from the bottom of the gene pool for their waste collection. They purport to be doctorates and scholars of botany not realizing that sunflowers and hay waste is garden waste. They have marked my bags now twice as uncollectable. There's a reason these scholars work for the government and aren't working in an arboretum,
