So what could go wrong did go wrong.

When we requested some additional waste collection following a charity event you would think nothing could go wrong. Everything was in place - or so we thought! The driver was not allowed to collect the waste, because the jobsworths in the office said there were too many bins. The ensuing conversation took so long that the driver said he could have done the collection in half the time. They then denied the conversation ever took place, but on reviewing the recorded conversation they addmitted they had got it wrong. The glitzy website does not reflect the product. If you can find someone else to use then in my view you should

My service is constantly disrupted meant to have a collection once a week and it never gets collected on time which is very frustrating, always an excuse of taco hours but surely if it’s missed on day of collection it’s should be first on next day but it’s not then driver runs out of taco again !!! this has been happening for months then I get charged for overweight bin yeah because your late collecting it !!!! Really poor customer service for regular bin collections.

The site is badly managed. The stench from this site affects the quality of the air all around the local area. We should be entitled to clean air not a stench every day. They cannot manage this and should have their licence revoked.

Ok now had the reply below. Every day we report them to Environmental Agency and yet Hills say they’re unaware of any issues.
The stench this morning is nauseating and we have to shut all doors and windows and stay inside. We cannot keep living like this, it’s not healthy.
We need to know why they’re allowing the stench and what they will do to prevent it.

Our service is constantly disrupted, supposed to have 2 collections a week and sometimes you fail to even collect once. There have been weeks when we have had to wait more than 7 days for a collection. I understand you have had difficulty but this has been happening for more than 2 months now and as you can imagine its very frustrating. You have even tried to charge us for being overweight on our General waste and the only reason its overweight is because of failure to collect.

A very helpful and supportive service, thanks to Ryan. He is so positive and results-oriented, which is refreshing these days. He solved my challenging waste issue in a polite and efficient manner.

A-BLOOMING-MAZING - I telephoned today on behalf of my Vietnamese friend and had the absolute pleasure in talking with KAREN. She was very communicative, professional, understanding, ensuring my friend understood the service that would be provided, price, contract etc - she made the whole process absolutely seamless. Her customer Service was really outstanding.

I'd phoned another waste company (beginning with B!) earlier, the woman was so disagreeable and very unhelpful.

Backs to HILLS - again I cannot thank Karen enough she really is outstanding. I hope Hills management appreciate the service she gives their customers, she's one in a million.

Received a call out of the blue from Alex Chew, we werent happy with SITA, so I sent some copy invoices, Alex advised that we could make a huge financial saving by moving to Hills Waste.
We decided to change, Zoe Ratcliff and Alex helped make the transition really easy.
Zoe is great, and one thing that really appeals to me is that whenever I have called.. I get a human being..!!!! And they are all so helpful.
Zoe I would say goes above and beyond with her customer service.. nice to see as its so rare in this day and age.
Great team, I would highly recommend them for their waste services, communication in general, from the drivers to the customer service on the phones.

The city refuse collections are on time, with improved communication if a missed collection is imminent.

The most painstaking experience I have ever endured whilst ordering a skip.

I just wanted a skip for general goods to tidy my yard the hassle over emails and phones and the entire rigmarole of getting to the right skip after constantly saying what I wanted it for was absolutely annoying.

apparently you have to know every minute detail and item you are going to throw in the skip before you can even order one.

Ridiculous.

Excellent customer service - especially Heidi.
Hills service a couple of customers & important events for us and have always been friendly, polite & competitively priced. We recently had an emergency and they saved the day - confirming availability, pricing, the next-day delivery of a RORO and booked the subsequent collection all in a 10 minute call. One email later all was arranged. The RORO was delivered as booked the next day.
Highly recommend!

Newly moved to Hills Waste Solutions and so far we have had reliable bin collections with friendly drivers and super customer service

Thanks to Stephanie member of Hills Company, She was such a helpful person for helping me out with a New contract with Hills Waste Company, with her explanation whole process went well, and I am glad to hear l am one of the new customers of Hills Waste Company.

Regular collections missed at one point and then when those were resolved they would routinely leave the bins out on the road after we requested them not to.
Once they removed their bins when we switched they then left our yard in an absolute state, knocking things overs etc.
Don't bother with them in W-s-M.
