Great customer service advisor
We have been a customer of Hills Waste Solutions for over 3 years. As we have grown, unfortunately so has our waste. Having emailed today to enquire about going up a size, a wonderful young lady called Zoe Ratcliff phoned me back, listened to my requirements, and found me a cost effective solution - without increasing my bin size, and for only £4.50 a week more! Zoe was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, polite - a credit to the company. Thankyou.

Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace, booked them in for a full site collection and they couldn’t be bothered to collect it. Only emptied the bin and not a single extra piece of waste. Useless service and I wouldn’t waste your time.
