Kind and considerate staff.

The handling of my mum’s funeral from start to finish was just perfect. The record of her prepaid plan from 15+ years ago was retrieved immediately and from thereon a well oiled machine went into action to bring her asap from the hospital to the burial ground where she rested with their funeral directors for a longer period than usual before the funeral due to certain circumstances, but this was no problem. All meetings for arrangements were dealt with compassionately and courteously by all staff members we dealt with, they were so flexible around requests for the service, nothing was too much trouble.
The service itself was perfect from start to finish, the minister was excellent and with transport provided to the graveside for anyone requiring it.
We couldn’t have asked for a better send off for our mum and would highly recommend Hinton Park, thank you all so much!

Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and understanding. Paul was very helpful with preparing the order of service and ensuring that there was nothing else that needed to be done. Phil was lovely on the day and very supportive of me especially as he had to step in as Paul was off sick. Thank you.

We chose hinton park as immediately felt at peace when we went up to have a look. Knowing my husband is resting there by the lake is very comforting. The service we received from Paul and his colleagues was everything we could have wished for and more. Paul was so kind and caring which helped enormously, even taking my granddaughter to feed the ducks while my daughter and I went to say goodbye to my husband privately. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I cannot recommend Hinton Park highly enough. From a friendly voice at the end of the phone to going beyond the call of duty with my requests. As my stepdad had requested no mourners, Phil kept me updated every step of the way. And more importantly, I have precious photos so I actually feel like I was in attendance. The surroundings and ambience was befitting to a calm and warm venue. Phillip Beal was constructively helpful and was able to the support efficiently. The minister Martyn Douglas met the family and was illicit all the necessary information to make the service meaningful.

I felt we were treated with a lot of care and thought. And it was wonderful place to bury my dad. Peaceful and special and beautiful.

We held my uncle Alastair's funeral at Hinton Woodland Burial Ground last week. Although only a few people could attend, those who did have all said what an appropriate send-off it was. The staff at Hinton were superb - professional, warm with no false pretences or mawkishness. The service was conducted warmly and sympathetically by a great celebrant and it felt a proper celebration of a long and interesting life. The setting is beautiful & tranquil. Thank you all for making Alastair's funeral so memorable and celebratory.

The funeral of our daughter was performed very sympathetically, with careful attention to detail. What particularly impressed us was the lengths to which the Funeral Director went, to ensure that he fully understood our wishes and expectations in relation to every element of the service.
