Long delivery time, not what I paid for
I ordered the Airlok fixing kit with 4 plugs and screws. It took more than 2 weeks for my order to arrive. It finally arrived, and there was only 1 screw in the package instead of 4. What am I supposed to do with only 1 screw?

Great Value for Money
Great Value for Money. Hopefully, the strength of this lock won't be tested in real time. But based on the many angle cutting tests I found on YouTube, the Hiplok was the best value around (other than spending £150 more for a Litelok).

ANKR mount is incredible !
I purchased the ANKR mount to secure my ebike at home. I am very impressed with how it securely mounted to my deck. It would take an EXTREME effort to remove this. Combined with a secure lock any potential thief would most likely move on to an easier target. Well done Hiplok on a great product.

good chain. love these loop type chains and the rings are quite big enough for any type of U/D lock that you may want to use for added safety

Super fast shipping
Communication was plentiful, shipping was extremely fast.. (and trackable).. despite the weight and dimensions stated and given.. its still a chunky heavyweight that catches you by surprise. Can't actually rate the product.. to be truthful, don't want to be put in that position.. am hoping and trusting all " bench tests" on YouTube etc are accurate and potential thieves are discouraged

Good delivery from Hiplok and Installation
Good delivery from Hiplok, product was easy to install, I do feel Hiplok should supply wall plugs for the screws as the plugs need to be large to hold the 4" screws. Overall this is a good product and gives me confidence that my bikes are secure.
