I order my item first week of March. Haven't received anything. Email after email. Excuses, after excuse. They won't refund my money back. Thank God. I have a lawyer friend. Being so patience with them. They reply back now nothing. Don't order anything from face book. Get Amazon.

Nothing but a scam don’t order

I ordered in February lost count how many times I have emailed still no order have asked for a refund
Been of shopify that took the money they said the delivery is nothing to do with them

I have asked for a full refund so many times. All I get is we will get back to you within 72 hours still no reply

Total scam I placed an order in…

Total scam I placed an order in February was supposed to arrive between the 6th and 12th of march , never arrived. Contacted them on their support but just got same automated reply.. Totally disgusting company or should I say
scammers.....

For sure a scam

For sure a scam. I’m trying to see if I can get a refund emailing at refund@hipsline (just being hopeful I guess).

But if you guys are still interested in buying the same product, AMAZON is selling! I just got mines today and I wished I hadn’t purchased from these scammers.

After reading all these comments I…

After reading all these comments I believe it was a scam too! They took my money obviously because I was suppose to receive the product yesterday and it’s been over a month and then you go the link to track it and it no longer exists and says it’s a new company! Do not purchase from them!! I wish I could get money back especially because I was counting on this product to actually use to workout! I hope they get sued and everyone can get their money back.

I placed 1 order but was charged twice

I placed 1 order but was charged twice. I emailed them immediately but they never replied back to cancel one of the orders. Needless to say no one has ever replied back and they said my order would be here by April 16th and it still hasn't arrived. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!

Complete Scam.

I have not yet received my purchase, although it has only been two weeks. The website is no longer valid and I am unable to track my order. No stars - dont buy from this company _they are changing their name

If I could give no stars I would.
They said for me to email them for a refund. They said max 72hours. Well it's been 5 days and I still haven't recieved payment. I have emailed again and getting annoyed have made complaints to Facebook and instagram regarding your advertising. You can't promise your delivery times,you should advise when people order that there is a delay. Dont promise what you cant deliver.
You said you would refund in max 72hours and that promise has been broken.

Update - you have replied saying you are bankrupt but if you go on your website shows you are opening under another name.
I have already emailed my information to your refund email. I would like my refund as a matter of urgency. I lost my job in the period so even the amount I paid I know isnt much but it is money i now need so i can buy a product from someone else.

Placed a order 23rd February

Placed a order 23rd February, emailed hipsline countless of times they have replied saying item lost in transaction but will replace, still waiting, its annoying site looked genuine and feedback was good, site no longer exists, emailed them again today so probably no response, they took money out week after i ordered, not sure what to do now, as money has been taken and left me with no product.

Scam

Fraud! Scam! I wrote a review over a week ago about how I ordered my product a month+ ago and have yet to receive it and emailed them over 20 times with only 1 response. They responded to my review saying they are not a scam and I could request a refund. I sent an email to that email, they said i would be refunded within 72hrs. That was 6 days ago, no refund yet. Emailed them again, no response! They ate definitely a scam! Ive reported them to the BBB and interpol to get the site shut down. This is probably not the only fraud they are running!
