After my first review, I received the response that everyone else received regarding a refund, I was very sceptical that this would happen but I still emailed the address in the message, this was on 20th April, I received the response below:

I ordered Hipsline back in March

I ordered Hipsline back in March. It's now freakin May. I got one email stating it was on the way, and that was more than 3 weeks ago. I then sent an email saying I wanted a refund, but no response. I found out about so called Hipsline on Facebook.
Nothing but a scam! People keep your money. It's not worth it!

I have yet to receive my order

I have yet to receive my order, tracking claimed that it was on its way, then I noticed that the estimated arrival date changed 3 times. I contacted customer service and the promised to look into it and if neede they would send another 1. I have sent 2 more emails and now I have not received any response or product. But they have my money.

I bought this in good faith after being…

** Update, despite the disappointing reviews I had seen on here, I did contact the company using the email I found here. They were nothing but helpful and did refund my money within 2-3 days of my request without any issue**

I bought this in good faith after being bombarded with ads on Instagram, after checking again today in my emails I've not received anything from them since April 7th. When I clicked on any of the links in the email, they don't work and the website has disappeared. Fearing I've been scammed, I found these reviews all with standard replies saying they have gone bankrupt and a refund enail address. I've emailed it but I am not holding out much hope I will get my money back. I'm not working, I only bought it beause I needed something to assist with home workouts. So annoyed

I would give less than one star if I…

I would give less than one star if I could. I ordered this product in February and still have not received it and now it is May 1. I have sent them emails multiple times and tried contacting them through their site. They told me at first that my order was just delayed and it is still coming. Then when I tried to put my tracking number in again my order was not found. I sent them an email and they said they would check. I told them I needed to be refunded the money or sent the product. They then told me that my order was lost. I then again said I needed the product or my money back. They sent me another email stating that they sent the product. That was over two weeks ago now.

Stole my money

Stole my money....ordered way back in February....order not received...emailed numerous time....response on last email was that they were going to reship my order that was end of march...still nothing! Stole my money

The website was so misleading and I bought 2 accidentally. It wasn’t even clear until I checked my bank account. They said they’d refund one but didn’t, I’ve now tried tracking the item and company have gone bust! I’ve emailed them for a refund as they’ve replied below so let’s see shall we!

Horrible

I ordered on February 20, with an expected delivery date of February 27 - March 6. Then it got delayed to March 6 - March 12. On March 30 it was still saying delayed until March 6 - March 12. At this point I knew it wasn’t really coming so I sent them an email demanding a refund. On April 2 they replied saying all orders were delayed. Now I look and the site is down and they say they went bankrupt. All I know is my money better be back.

For order placed in February - nothing receiveded

For order placed in February, we did not hear anything...
After many emails through the months, we have gotten confirmation that order would be delivered. Still not heard anything

Today, April30, I sent email to refund at hipsline dot com and hope the company still got some responsible people working who can use refunds

I can accept delays, but I cannot accept lack of communication - and definitely cannot accept any feedback with misinformation

NEVER GOT MY PRODUCT I ORDERED ON MARCH 8th

SCAM

I was one of those people who believed that I could never be scammed. Boy was I wrong! I placed an order March 6 and since then I have been going back and forth via email asking for a refund because it was way past a month and my item did not arrive. They told me the carrier had lost my package and they were going to send a new one. Why would I want a new one when I've asked for a refund?

Were not getting our money back. The website isn't even there anymore which is literally a slap to the face this makes me so mad. This is ridiculous, especially during a time like this. Probably going to call my bank tomorrow and see if I can somehow get back my money!

They responded to my original post…

They responded to my original post saying the company has gone bankrupt due to Covid, and that I can reach out to them to be issued a refund. Why would this company tell me my order was shipped and then say they went bankrupt ? Just hearing lie after lie. I won’t be going through them for a refund, as I’m sure I’ll never see it, and I’ve already contacted my bank and the BBB.
