Down from the hire/booking process, through to the pick up and drop of process. It was perfect! What I had originally sought after in terms of vehicle hire was not available for the date I had requested. However, I received a phone call and they had mitigated that by offering me a vehicle that was of, if not of better size and at the same value! Upon pick up and drop off, the service from Sharnia at the Onehunga branch was just as perfect. Great experience received from all the team involved!

We were very happy with the ease of the process of hiring a vehicle from start to finish. Staff were friendly and explained everything clearly such as insurance and the hire agreement contents and were very prompt.

The team at Hireace Christchurch Airport are a friendly helpful bunch. They're always busy but make every effort to make sure all their customers are happy and being seen to. We turned up looking for a quite for a flat bed hire, and the team were so attentive to our needs we ended up renting one that day, then again the following week for moving house. A lovely bunch, highly recommend.

Fantastic service, staff had everything ready and explained everything very well. Truck was a great size for the job I needed it for and was clean and tidy (and ran well).
On returning the truck, the drop off experience was fantastic service again, met by a staff member as soon as truck turned off, odometer was read and fuel checked then the account was settled up, it was all done in around 2 minutes. Highly recommend Hireace

Hireace delivered what they promised . Efficient, friendly service from the pick up at the airport, the document processing and delivery of the vehicle and similarly for the drop off procedure .

The online booking, pick up and drop off process was easy. The vehicle drove well and we had no problems with it.

The Thursday before Christmas I was let down by a supplier who had promised pre-Christmas delivery and then couldn't do it so I contacted Silverdale Hireace online and booked a van. I was expecting this to be difficult at that time but within 30 minutes I had a confirmed booking at a very reasonable price for the next day. When I went to collect the vehicle it took about 5 minutes to complete the formalities with the very helpful and friendly staff. The van was clean and in good condition. The return was just as quick and efficient.

I really appreciated the way I was greeted, and also only few days before xmas, I wasn't rushed i was made like I was important.

The person who dealt with us when we picked the truck up was so accommodating. The original truck hired was too small, so he let us have another truck at the same expense. Sorry I didn't get his name but he deserves a promotion!

I've used Hireace a few times now for our annual golf trip and once again this year, the hire was easy and went without issue. The check-in was organised and quick and in fact the gent who handled me was awesome. Professional and efficient but fun at the same time. The van was exactly as advertised, unlike another company I used to use. We'll be back for sure - I don't bother going anywhere else now.
