We hired Hire a Pitch for our football tournament, and they were fantastic! The main football co-ordinator was energetic, clear, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The organisation was seamless, and the whole experience was stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking to run a well-organised football event!

Hire a Pitch was great for our company sports day! Amazing and adaptable instructors who are very communicative. Would highly recommend and would definitely hire them again.

Im replying back to the reply from hire a pitch.

Firstly, club de sports said yes it is something they would definitely be happy to support however to contact hireapitch as bookings are made through them, so for you claim that they said they never said that is a lie and i would like the name of the person you spoke to from club de sports so i can contact them.

Secondly, you was rude and sarcastic from the start and i have screenshots to prove it.
When asked who i was speaking to you to make a complaint you wouldn't give me your name carried on with the sarcasm.
Then when writing a complaint to the link you provided it gets picked up by the same person who was replying to my emails.
Very unprofessional.

Yes i did contact citizens advice and they have passed it on to trading standards as when asking for the persons name to write a formal complaint to head office that information should be provided.

Hireapitch are rude and very disrespectful and you can reply with all the lies you want as i have screenshots of the whole conversation. As i said in the email if its to difficult to be professional and respectful when dealing with potential clients emails and correspondence maybe think of doing something else as polite communication seems to hard for you.

Also you forgot to mention your reply to via email saying "you dont appreciate my tone and im not a fortune-teller so how do i know when the pitch is or isn't in use"
No im not a fortune-teller but i actually live a stones throw away and attend David Lloyds at the time and day requested so have seen its not being used and hasn't been in use for at the specific time for a long while.

We booked them for a hall booking for our indoor family cricket match. On their website they have pictures of large halls (suitable for indoor cricket) and I had this clarified with the caller before paying for the hall. When we turned up to the venue it was not the hall in the pictures and definitely not suitable for indoor cricket at all.

Mistakes can happen but I was more shocked about the unprofessional clown that I spoke to on the phone who was trying to tell me that the pictures on the website are the exact ones of the hall we had used when clearly they were not. An apology for false advertising would have been great.

Won't be using there services again!!!

This was our second year running a company summer social with Hire a Pitch and once again they exceeded all expectations. We held the event in The Regent’s Park with around 80 attendees which couldn’t have gone more smoothly.

David and the team were fantastic, professional, upbeat and incredibly engaging.

Everything was well organised from start to finish and the team couldn’t have been more accommodating. We’ve had brilliant feedback from our staff, and it’s safe to say this has become a highlight in our company calendar.

HireAPitch provided an enjoyable team event experience, well-organised and engaging for our large group. Though some bookings faced cancellations and pricing felt expensive, their team, especially Neil, was excellent in managing activities and keeping everyone entertained. Flexibility in accommodating changes and prompt responses to queries made a positive impression overall, despite a few challenges.
