Frequent booking cancellations for when they receive a better offer, double bookings and even allowing pitch bookings during a parents evening at a school..

We have had issues various times with hireapitch and frequent cancellations due to 'League expansion'. Why not honour your existing bookings? Please actually answer the question.

Replacement pitches are not where we would like and an overall bad experience.

I would highly recommend for a full filled afternoon of laughter and nostalgic games-

Great event for such a big group. Keeping 40+ people listening and entertained is never an easy task but Neil and his assistant were great at doing that. We had a great time and would recommend as a great team event.

We had honestly the best fun - some of my team were sceptical at first but the feedback and the laughter was off the chart. We had 40 people and it was a blast. Neil was also great fun and made the day. In terms of the organisation - absolutely incredible at keeping me informed and quick response to all queries. Thanks gang!

We worked with HireAPitch for a little summer social in Hyde Park. Playing rounders and a Mexican Picnic. Mo and Hena were great at looking after us and were super flexible to accommodate some late arrivals and more children than we'd expected. All arrangements were simple, the food was good and Mo's flexibility and management of the Rounders was excellent. Overall it felt like good value for money as well as being a fun way to spend an afternoon.

The team were super communicative throughout the booking process and and brought the energy and good vibes on the day. The event was tailored exactly to our needs and there was more than enough good quality food and booze provided for everyone. Highly recommend!

This is the second year we have used Hire a Pitch for a corporate sport day event.

The team at Hire a Pitch are amazing and ran a well organised event for 95 guests. They organised all the games - run by a brilliant referee and supplied all the equipment. I highly recommend this company.

Organising a company football tournament is no easy feat, but Hire a Pitch made it a walk in the park. They supplied an experienced referee (Mo), all the necessary equipment, and handled scheduling - taking a huge burden off me as the organiser.

Their staff like David were extremely professional, friendly and amenable. When we had a last-minute team dropout, they quickly updated the schedule to accommodate.

On the day, the pitches were in top shape, the equipment ready, and Mo did an excellent job officiating. With Hire a Pitch covering all the little details seamlessly, I could focus on networking at the event I had envisioned.

Their services allowed our tournament to run like a well-oiled machine. I'm extremely grateful to Hire a Pitch for their first-class support before and during the event. Highly recommended for taking the stress out of hosting football tournaments and competitions.

I messed up my booking yesterday but the guy at Haggerston School managed to sort us out a pitch, saving me a lot of embarrassment with my friends. Thanks to that man and the guy he spoke to on the phone.

Planning a charity football match for Argentina FC London required finding the perfect venue with 5 pitches. HireAPitch came to the rescue! Their website was easy to use and offered a variety of options. Most importantly, their lightning-fast response to all my questions made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We were very happy with hireapitch team as they gave some good discount and made a block booking. we are using their service from past 8 months. However one instance changed everything. We got some urgent work and had to check if they can move our booking by a week. Yes, agree we gave very short notice, however the attitude of the customer service was pathetic. Less than 2 mins of coversation and they just hung up the phone without allowing us to complete our conversation. They have the audacity of writing a comment saying they will not allow us to do furture booking in case if i dont remove my review. I dont want to use a service where their customer service does not know how to respect their customers. I am sure one day another company will come as a competirior and hireapitch will learn how to behave with their customers. I have never see such an unprofessional customer service in my life and was surpised to see so many negetive reviews in google and in trustpilot too. My review is only to help other custumers to show that they are not alone who has suffered with the most disgusting attidiate of the customer support. My ideology is simple, if you are using a service who does not know how to respect, move away from them, but highlight their behaviour.

Hireapitch team, we will not use your service anymore and i know you dont provide an aplogy for your behaviour, because accoridng to you, you are always right...

At last we are not upset that you could not move our booking, we are upset because of your behaviour towards your customer in responding to our requests.
Recent update from the venue management we were booking through hireapitch, they have termiated the contract as hireapitch stopped respond to them too.

Only giving 1 star as it’s the lowest rating they don’t even deserve that. Avoid at all costs unprofessional and sexist company that will prioritize teams or leagues that are male and that pay more money! sexist and money grabbing DO NOT BOOK HIRE A PITCH
