Booked block booking for 10 weeks 5 a side

Easy to book online and very reactive customer service over the phone, chat or email.

Rocky start, due to a new booking system for our performing arts school, but now we have built up a relationship, the team understand our regular requirements. Have been exceptionally helpful and very quick to respond. Personally, I do find it much better to deal with the same person though. Particularly, our thanks to Hena who has always managed to sort out any problems satisfactorily and offer suggestions for any potential queries that might arise.

Hire a Pitch have been so accommodating and helpful when booking a football pitch for our community project which connects young under privileged youth with the wider community.
They have been super prompt with their responses and communication which is greatly appreciated.

We used the company in a recent 11aside football match for referees and linesman. The service was quick and easy, the officials turned up on time and did a good job. Pleased we used the service and will be using it again

I book pitches regularly.i am very happy with the service.we usually book in south london.
Sometimes we book in eastlondon. I recommend all to play in this pitch.

I have been booking with these guys for a couple of times. It's easy to get booked as they provide excellent service and quick response as well. Played in London Bridge, Waterloo and some other pitches as well and they are some perfect pitches in London to get your ball rolling👌.

Horrible experience! This must be the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Booked a ref over the chat and luckily I got screenshots to prove the time and day with reference #.

1st let down - Ref called me on the wrong date saying they are waiting on the pitch. A rude person contacted me on my whatsapp!! saying I booked that date but luckily had prove I didn’t.

2nd let down- Pitch was flooded because of the rain so I tried to re-arrange for one hour later on the same neighbourhood only to be met with “sorry mate it’s your fault you will not get a refund and there is no ref”.
After talking they told me there would be a new ref that never showed up! They said that an email was sent but that was a lie - no email and we didnt have time to book a new one since the we trusted the person would show up.

3rd let down - no apologies nor refund nor even credit for a next game. Had to deal with a very unpolite person over whatsapp that has no idea how to treat a customer

First time using their services and i like what im seeing

Very good experience. Contacted them on the phone before my booking to rearrange something and they were accommodating. Pitch was open on time and had no problems. I have had problems with other pitches but this company I will definitely use again.

It would be Zero if you could rate so low. DREADFUL customer service and NO help at all. When asked about when the next available period is to hire a pitch i was met with a reply from Jay stating "impossible I'm afraid" with no further information provided. When prompted further after i asked "can you never book a pitch then?" this is when Jay removed their signature and replied saying my email was laughable and I had audacity to even ask apparently. This experience was so poor and it does make you question how some people are chosen to be the first point of contact for a company. I will not ever be attempting to use this company ever again.

Edit: The experience continued seconds after leaving this review as Jay responded via email and called me a "princess" for suggesting that they be more helpful and provide further information to potential customers.

Booked a pitch with hireapitch and everything went well, communication was smooth and perfect never been so happy like this when it comes to booking a pitch, on top of that I enjoyed my time

I’ve had a good experience with hireapitch, they have good customer service and the communication is easy. I regularly play with friends as ringers and we would definitely recommend them for their consistency
