I have been booking cars with Martin for well over 10 years and definitely recommend this company. No other company provides detail information to ensue you are ‘key ready’ - think of the inconvenience and having to deal with the small print or expensive costs.

Always great value for money and hassle free holiday, even before you arrive. He does the work, you enjoy the experience.

We have hired probably around 20 cars via HCIS and would not use anyone else. We always book fully inclusive insurance and never have any issues. Martin and Gordon are only too happy to give advise if asked and are very friendly and professional. 10/10 for us.

We have used Hire Cars in Spain for many years now and never had any problems, always helpful and always at the end of the phone / email if you need them. Yes mistakes can happen, but if you look over the documents any issues can be quickly resolved. Remember they are not the car hire company, they are a broker and a dam good one too.

Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had a problem with the rental company in Spain and they really helped to sort it out. I thoroughly recommend this company, they are also very well priced so what’s not to like!

Great that they are a Uk based company and good communication even out of office hours. From when we arrived at the airport the shuttle was waiting to pick customers up and check in was very smooth within 20 mins start to finish we were driving the car. Car was spotless and just what we ordered Upon drop off smooth process and returned back to airport highly recommend will definitely be using you again 😀

The company had an amazing personal touch. Any issue I had (which was no fault of their own) was sorted amicably

The rental company I had the car with ended up making a lot of mistakes and we couldn’t get in touch with them, but HCinS immediately sorted our issue and managed to get the manger at the branch to upgrade us to a better vehicle.
