We've used HCIS for years now and go nowhere else, during the nightmare that was Covid and with all the disrupted travel and regular cancellations, the boys handled our bookings quickly and without any fuss. They're always cheaper than elsewhere so save time and just stick with HCIS !!

After having two bad experiences with other car rental companies such as Goldcar we honestly have to explain that Sunny Cars really is customer focussed. Via Sunny Cars we had Enterpise (Omar and Edward) as our car rental. We only can say after having 10 times car rental in 12 months that Sunny Cars is number one. Having been impressed by Hire Cars in Spain during previous trips to Spain we tried them out for a hire car in Florida. As always they secured us a great deal and the admin of car collection and fuel policy etc all worked seamlessly. They are definitely our go to supplier now.

Having spent time to find the right hire car package for my party, I noticed that the wrong date ( one day later ) had been sent in one of the many letters sent to them. This resulted in an increase from : 955.41 euros to : 3774.87 euros.
For another enquiry I asked if they could find a deal similar to the one quoted @ £308 which at first they seemed positive about but then said they were unable. I then went back online and after 15 mins concluded a car hire the same for £270.
Don't allow them to waste your time there are far better out there.
Since then Martin states he made a 'Genuine' mistake but fails to define which one. Is it the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th ? He concludes as though it was he who found the errors as if to extract some level of praise when the stark reality is that he failed to observe and act on the initial request given more than a month previous no doubt leaving me in a situation of reduced choice and increased prices. A GENUINE TIME WASTER.
To ask for further information at this stage is an insult. The very first letter I sent detailed the number, gender and age of the drivers to be quoted for. The response from Martin was a quotation that I qualified with him. Only when I pointed out the date error did the tone change and the price escalated 400% with no hint of an apology. He is now trying to further waste my time in order to convince Trustpilot and others that what I am saying is not genuine and that he has not been made aware of all the requirements. Totally untrue.
