It’s just such an easy app to navigate. Everything is really user friendly and I haven’t had any problems.

I had to register to be able to look at their site, and noted that I could call to find out more, and planned to do so when I was not so busy. But then the unsolicited phone calls started, followed by unsolicited emails, including asking for a rating for each unwanted contact.
Even when I booked a time for them to call me, and had been told I would be taken off the mailing list, I continued to receive emails all over the weekend, even 8pm Sunday night, asking me to book a call.
On 8/11, and 23/11 I emailed saying I was not engaging their services, and to remove me from their database and stop contacting me.
Today I received another email from them.
Their system of deluging people with unwanted contact, and not responding to requests to stop, is intrusive, insensitive, a cause of stress, and actually illegal in Australia.
I like the idea of how they connect client and worker, but am repelled by their pushy arrogance, and wanted to warn others of what will happen if they register.

Our Provider Relationship Manager is awesome, there at a phone call and able to help with the whole process even at short notice. Best thing we did was register with Hireup for when we get stuck providing a service. Workers who have supported us have been professional and reliable.

It's really easy as a care support worker to get a profile and apply for jobs. The app is easy to use and the training they provide is useful. I've already recommended this app to a couple of people.

I like the reminder note a day before my shift
But I would still like a ID lanyard I know we have a ID on our profile but when working in my clients apparent s I don’t carry my phone you know when putting out rubbish or collecting mail or parking. I get stopped by other residents who are you how did you get in so I would love an ID Lanyard please

Rang Hire Up twice for help with a situation with the hire up app. I get told it’s not our problem or don’t want to raise your concern to the appropriate team basically passing the buck. The customer service on the phone is appalling I’m asking for help and according to the hire up staff member who you’re speaking with the help is non exist and seem they don’t care either.

I really like how simple and easy it is to use this platform compared to others! The team who are there to answer any questions I have are extremely helpful and they are as very fast to get back to me!
