Hire up has been a wonderful platform to use to obtain an amazing support worker for my daughter. Very user friendly, straight forward to use and it enables you to take charge of choosing the right person and being in charge of invoicing too as you get to review before approving the hours . So far, I have been very happy with Hire Up, this has made such a positive impact on our lives ! Thank you Hire Up !

HireUp is flexible
Hire up has allowed me to find clients who suit me and I suit them.
Access to Policies & Procedures is not easy and it should be something that is just a click away.
Other than that I am enjoying being part of the Hireup family

Supportive but low pay rate
Easy to navigate the website and book, log and confirm bookings. It's handy that they sort all the tax and super.
The base pay rate is low, mainly because I learned that HireUp takes about a third of the hourly rate as a fee, but they are supportive. For example, the organisation pays HireUp $55 an hour and you get $33.90
If you are happy with that go for it.

Thanks for your feedback on our pricing model, and here's a little more info on how it all works.
The Hireup standard rate is $55.82, and support workers receive $37.35 (incl. superannuation and 25% casual loading) for a standard shift. The difference covers worker taxes, payroll and invoicing, comprehensive insurance cover for every shift booked and paid for on Hireup, and Hireup’s online platform and Community Support team.
