All I can speak to at this point is that the order arrived very promptly and was as ordered. I checked the wiring harness with the mechanic and he indicated it would be fine, ditto with the hitch. Will be able to comment further when installed but I anticipate no issues.

I have been looking at this Landing Gear for a long time and finally bit the bullet and ordered them. They are exactly what was needed. Since we off grid camp, these help stabilize the stairs and work perfectly on uneven ground. Torklift quality is always good and delivery was excellent! I would recommend Torklift landing gear to anyone who wants to increase the safety f their stairs.

I was very excited to get my distribution hitch from HitchWeb because their site showed they had what I needed and their rating was very high, so I was confident they were trustworthy. Unfortunately, their only stock of the item I needed was in Canada, and apparently, they couldn't ship it to a U.S. address. Ok, understandable. My only real complaint is that they really should have something built into their online ordering process that prevents someone from completing an order to have product shipped to them if the item they are ordering is not located in that same country, since that is their policy. Not really something wrong with the company, just a minor inconvenience for me. They promptly refunded my money, so kudos to them on that.

I found the website easy to navigate and the selection of hitches and pricing was very good. Free shipping was a deal breaker for me. I placed my order for a hitch on a Thursday night and received my delivery by mid day on Monday. When my hitch arrived I could see it had broken through the packaging in 3 places and I was concerned that it might be bent and would not align properly to the mounting holes on my vehicle. I will not be installing the hitch for about two months and I sent an email explaining this to customer service including photos.
I received a reply in less than an hour asking me to open the box and check it for any damage. Outside of some minor scratches where the hitch was sticking out of the packaging, it did not appear to be bent and I reported this in an email. Again, a quick reply saying that, if there are problems with the install, to contact them at that time.
My only suggestion at this time is that the packaging be improved to stand up to the rigors of shipping a large and heavy item. Overall, good pricing, free shipping, and great customer service are the reasons I recommend Hitchweb.

FAST SHIPPING, GREAT PRICES

Hitch install on a 2015 Silverado 2500HD. I found I had room to move the licence plate holder over and used 3/16 rivits+washers to reattach after a bit of notching. I still have access to both tow hooks. The hitch itself fit perfectly and does not impact breakover angle lije other hitches. For the price it was not worth the hassle of making my own. Nice product. I am retired but still love to wrench.

Some of the parts I wanted were out of stock. They communicated with me quickly and let me know options and when they expected to have the parts back in stock.The parts were back in stock and shipped to me exactly as they had advised. Overall a good experience.

Love the Blue Ox product that I bought at a very good price. Delivery was earlier than expected. Not a big fan of the website which is why I did not give a 5 star rating.

Fantastic experience. Right after I made the order they called to ensure I had the right brackets as they wanted to make sure before they sent hitch. Hitch arrived in three days. It was by far the best price as well.

The hitch was a perfect fit and the electrical was as simple to plug in to existing plug on my 2017 Chev Equinox.
