I was pleased with a very knowledgeable, pleasant lady that served me. She checked with your outlet in Calgary and found (40 four) items , one of which I needed. Upon finding out that was not true (none available) she emailed me to ask what I wanted to do. They price matched partsengine.com ...
They price matched partsengine.com and beat their price which was great. The hitch fits great and all the hardware worked well. The only issue was poor packaging for shipping. The hitch arrived with quite a few paint chips and two dinky cardboard tubes that probably only covered 30% of the hitch and left everything else was left fully exposed.
