I'm from Brazil. The Tampa Route is perfect. Without a doubt Hivelocity is the best DataCenter I hired. Besides the incredible support by Chat, very fast, they resolve on the spot.

I've been a Hivelocity client since 2004, and they always take care of me by providing exemplary service, coupled with excellent uptime and pricing that makes sense. I only have good things to say about them. I've even gone to industry wide events, and met with them there, and they always make sure I'm taken care of even at events! This is a company that I have been with since they were having growing pains back in 2004, much like the Philadelphia Eagles, and just like the Eagles, they came back stronger than ever and won the SuperBowl! I love Hivelocity, and now that they've grown larger, they've just gotten better and better and I haven't had any significant problems since 2005 or thereabouts. Literally 15 years without a single significant issue. Of course small issues have come up here and there, like hard drives needing to be replaced or whatever, but Hivelocity always takes care of this things very quickly and with virtually no downtime at all (perhaps 15 minutes at 3AM to replace a hard drive for example). This is a company that has only gotten better as time has gone on. I appreciate how well they regard me when I visit the datacenter locations ("Hey Eric, nice to see you! You been riding your Harley lately??") and how they even invite me BBQ's and other events like I'm family. It's a really uncommon thing in today's environment to be treated like family by a company you do business with, but relationships mean everything, and my relationship with Hivelocity will never be replaced. I've even chosen them for some applications, when they cost a bit more than the competition in some cases, just because of the relationship that we have and the fact that I know I can depend on them no matter what happens, because they always accommodate me. You will never go wrong working with this company in any capacity. They are great for small providers (I started out with just a single VPS machine, and now have 43 servers with them, mostly co-located, with 2 or 3 leased), and large providers alike.

I got my first server at Hivelocity in 2012. Since then, they have been our sole provider of dedicated servers (almost 30 servers now). At Hivelocity we get up-to-date hardware, a very reliable service and a personal attention you can't easily find with large companies nowadays.

The tech support dept at HIvelocity is the finest. I had a server connection done to my 2nd server and something went wrong on that production server. The staff at Hivelocity sprang into action and spent a few hours to get my server back up and running in no time. My server was restored back to the exact state when it went down...thanks to the guys at HIvelocity. They have always given me the best support. If you need a great data center for your needs, don't call anyone else.

I have used Hivelocity services since 2013. They are reliable, caring of their customers, & their uptime cannot be beaten! In fact, Hivelocity cannot be beaten! If you're serious about hosting your project on a dedicated server then get with a serious host like Hivelocity!

Love u guys, been your customer for about 2 years.. nothing to complain, from negotiating deals to shutting down our services due to Covid.. support is amazing as well, even after services down you helped us to get it up to restore some files we thought we lost..

Have been using Hivelocity for about 6 years. Up-time is great, network speed is great, and their customer service is unmatched. We once had a firewall configuration update that blocked remote access, and they had someone directly access our server and help us fix the problem within a short time after we generated the support ticket. I highly recommend Hivelocity.

I am doing business with HV from last 8 years and I must say they are always be prompt towards customer, concern where it is technical , billing or management issue they listen their customer and resolve it in very positive manner and it helps any business partner to increase business volume with them. I have started with 2 servers and today I am having 100+ just because their customer service approach which is really fantastic.

Excellent from the beginning. I've been with hivelocity since 2012 and it's been a great experience. Especially for someone who knew nothing about dedicated servers.

They have helped me sort out the messes I'd made figuring out how stuff works. Till now I'm still a novice and their support has never let me down.

I have about 12 hosted with them now and it looks like they may very well have me as a lifelong client. Kudos to hivelocity team everyone I've worked with has been great.
