No product and poor service.
Order my product on Tuesday morning and paid for delivery for 1-2 days. All previous orders have come the next day. I checked the delivery status from the email that confirmed my order but there was no status. I messaged Josie who said she would look into it. Today I messaged to say it still hadn’t arrived and could I cancel my order as after today it would not be able to get delivered. I have had no response to that message. No product and poor service.
