Since starting my Herbalife journey from end of August 2021, I have found the best advisor for the product. They are available and respond promptly should I have any questions about any of the products I query. To date I have lost 1 1/2 stone, which I am ecstatic about. I also eat a mainly healthy diet along with the shakes and also enjoy the odd cheeky drink, chocolate and take away. Thank you. I will continue to use these shakes in the future.

I'm really sorry for this slight delay. The Company has suffered in the last weeks for a cyber attack on the shipping and delivery structure. Now everything has fortunately been solved but they are still recovering on the timings and the orders are processed and shipped in 2 working days or more. In your case it happened that the delivery took 1 day more as it's on delivery today.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced. It has been a very hard period, as the Company suffered from a cyber attack and ALL the deliveries have been affected. ALL the orders for 2 weeks have been delayed as they were shipped from The Netherlands instead of the UK. If you have ordered from another website and the products have come the next day probably someone send you the products from a non authorized stock. All the products I sell and ship are original and come directly from the Herbalife warehouse. That's why they took so long in these last 2 weeks. Fortunately the Company has succeeded in solving this big issue and now the shipping and delivery timings are coming to normality (at this time the lead-time is 2 working days to get the original products directly from the Herbalife warehouse in the UK). I've tried to give you all the updates about your order, if you haven't received news for some days the reason was that also I didn't know anything about the orders. I should wait the updates from the Company which came with delay like the orders. I apologize again for the delay and this inconvenience, fortunately now all the troubles have been solved and the lead time is quick like before. As you've placed 5 orders on my website you know that I use to process the orders the same day and with the right timings you've always received the order the next day. This has been an inconvenience, but fortunately now everything has been solved.
