Great session and the girl was very lovely and every step she did she’ll explain to me what she did. Recommended :)!

I attended the salon for eyebrows shaping and waxing.
The Salon was clean, tidy also peaceful which was a nice change.
The lady who did my eyebrows had shaped them well, she was professional and attentive, My only negative would be, she needed to pay more attention to my chin area to remove the stubborn hairs. Pricing was reasonable, I would attend again.

Having booked my appointment well in advance, I was happy to receive confirmation the day before. On my arrival five minutes before my appointment, the saloon was shut and no one was answering their phones. I waited outside the front entrance for 20 minutes, trying continously to get an answer on the phone. I then left and travelled home. About 3 hours afterwards, I received a call from the manager, offering me an appointment in an hour. I accepted but had to cancel my work for the afternoon again. I sustain £200 loss of income as a result. The Manager refused to to reimburse me for these losses.

Nice atmosphere, welcoming staff, felt at ease, would highly recommend.

Laface was welcoming. She was very professional. It felt good after.
I have the facial and upper body massage it was great.

The salon was clean, the staff were friendly and so nice to speak to. I was made to feel comfortable and the Swedish massage was out of this world.

I had a lovely lash infil with Mara, my classic lashes look lovely and Mara is a great lash tech takes her time to know what look you are after and application is soft and gentle, I almost go to sleep 😴👌🏾

I have always wanted to microblade my eyebrows but I was always fearful of the outcome.
One day I say a lady and her eyebrows were amazing.
I had to approach her and ask the obvious question! Where, how much and did it hurt?
All her answers was exactly what I wanted to hear.
So I made myself an appointment and I can honestly say "It has been one of the most best decisions that I have ever made, I feel totally confident, and I would highly recommend that if you are in doubt, please be rest assured that the customer service is amazing the venue is so nice and welcoming, by the way my microblading was done by "Shy" she has all the answers to all of your questions.
I'm a brand new me!!!!!!

Had a really great experience with the amazing Shy. She is so patient and supportive and wants her clients to get the best possible results. Would definitely recommend as she goes through the procedures thoroughly and answers all questions. She always ensures her clients walk away happy :) xxxxx

Very please with treatment. I had a deep cleansing facial with a upper body message both were lovely. The therapist was friendly and explained everything that she was doing.
I will definitely be booking some more treatments in the future with HMB Salon.

Been going to HMB salon for years now to get my lashes done which I always love and recently got SPMU on my eyebrows which were done by shy. They've healed great, the shape and colour suit my face and tone perfect. Shy spent a lot of time making sure I was happy with every decision that was made and was also really kind and friendly which helped calm my nerves. I'll always return to HMB as there prices are affordable and the salon is lovely and clean

I am very happy with my lashes and the easy communication with the salon. Mara went out the way and offered two lash appointments instead of one just because there was time remaining! Much appreciated. Highly recommend.
