Replacement Casters Work Great
The replacement used casters for my Aeron chair fit perfectly and roll smoothly and have returned the chair to its original ease of use. They were shipped very quickly.

Excellent Experience
The entire process, the communication, flexibility and the assistance during the collection was impeccable. I wish that there was more professionals that take pride in their work as HM Chairs team does. Product is great....exactly as advertised the chair has made a big difference to workingbat home. Only criticism is it took twice as long as advertised for chair to reach me due to issues with their couriers.

Best chair you can buy
Great seller, very committed to offer a high level of service. Due to some delivery issues, he arranged for.a private delivery and the Aeron chair arrived in a pristine condition. Love it! I should have bought this chair sooner, that’s the only regret! It’s so comfortable and the head rest gives the perfect rest for my neck. Thank you!
