Good service and communication from Katie. Excellent service throughout the process.

I am sorry to say but there was a complete lack of communication from the firm and a feeling that we may have been stonewalled by the Receptionist as it appeared nothing was passed on. Having either left messages or spoken to the Receptionist on four occasions over a five day period, no-one got back to us and we had to continually call to attempt to make contact. At times, we needed to use our Estate Agent to get them to find out from OUR solicitors what was happening.

The communication was fast, clear, and professional throughout the entire process. I was always kept informed and felt confident in their hands. I highly recommend their services.

HMD lived up to their reputation of turning the conveyancing around quickly and without problems. They were reasonably priced and straightforward to deal with. Many thanks to the whole team.

From start to finish Hannah and the team have been absolutely excellent. As first time buyers, they have made the process stress free and very very quick with the transaction only taking 8 weeks!!

I’ve recently purchased my first home. I knew of Hmd Legal through a family member and didn’t hesitate to use them.

The team were extremely thorough throughout and only ever professional. On an app called HOOWLA I was able to see a progression chart which was very helpful. It also tells you what the last time they worked your case was. I was never in any position of worry, every single thing was laid out and explained in depth.

As a first time buyer I found my whole experience a lot less stressful than I’ve heard of other friends.

I would do nothing but instantly recommend this firm for anything you need in this sector.

By far the best experience we could have hoped for. We instructed HMD and were allocated Grace Braim to deal with a property purchase in Whitby.

From start to finish everything was dealt with promptly, professionally and just as importantly, in a friendly manner.

From instruction to completion it took just over 3 weeks! Those 3 weeks were a stress free as we could have hoped for, as Grace preempted every query so to have everything in place ahead of time.

Every email was responded to promptly (usually a matter of 5 or ten minutes), phone calls were always answered which is unbelievably refreshing given previous experience with firm from Doncaster.

Grace put our minds at ease when anything arose, the response was always “that’s not a problem, we will sort it”. Explanations were always offered in layman’s terms, making the legal jargon simple and understandable.
