Difficult sale of a leasehold flat. Remained calm and reassuring even during difficult weeks.

Cannot rate HMD Legal higher. Everyone I dealt with have been very helpful, polite and great to deal with (Harry, Chamodi, Simay and Hannah).

They took the stress out of the process and we completed in under 10 weeks. They have a portal which is easy to use and allows easy tracking and uploading of documentation.

By far the best experience we could have hoped for. We instructed HMD and were allocated Grace Braim to deal with a property purchase in Whitby.

From start to finish everything was dealt with promptly, professionally and just as importantly, in a friendly manner.

From instruction to completion it took just over 3 weeks! Those 3 weeks were a stress free as we could have hoped for, as Grace preempted every query so to have everything in place ahead of time.

Every email was responded to promptly (usually a matter of 5 or ten minutes), phone calls were always answered which is unbelievably refreshing given previous experience with firm from Doncaster.

Grace put our minds at ease when anything arose, the response was always “that’s not a problem, we will sort it”. Explanations were always offered in layman’s terms, making the legal jargon simple and understandable.
