I have asked them more than 6 times for months to please send me the invoice. Still waiting. I am overly disappointed.

I am absolutely happy with my purchase from Hoagard. I purchased a neon sign, and it came within two weeks, very professionally wrapped against damage from the courier.
The quality is superb, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I ordered a remote control after my purchase and they responded withoin 24 hours.

Great design (guitar with Live Music Neon sign). It took ahwile to be delivered, but that was stated when I ordered. I'm very happy with its design and accompanying remote control. Excellent!

I was unsure about ordering at Hoagard as most facebook ads are a scam. However, they had the Klarna afterpay option so I went for it.

I accidentally ordered the wrong item but support quickly fixed that for me.

After not hearing from Hoagard for while I suddenly got a notification that my item was in transit. The only strange thing is that the package was coming from Turkey, even though the site said that all European orders would ship from Germany. So that was either a lie or old information.

Finally after about 20 days (ish) I got the package and was suprised by the build quality. A nice metal frame and the leds are awesome and bright.

Would order again 👍

I ordered a Cocktails & Dreams neon sign and was promised delivery within 7 days (as stated on their website). After the 7 days I was informed by Hoagard that I needed to pay an additional fee to cover some additional shipping costs towards DHL due to the dimensions of the package and the region i live in (Denmark). This is even though their website states that free delivery to Denmark is included with the price. Since I paid the additional fee I haven't heard anything back on either email, text messages on WhatsApp or Instagram messages. So I am left with the feeling that I've paid for a product that I am not going to receive on top of being ignored.

Delivery times respected, only two days late but not your fault. All perfect. The neon (Van Gogh) works very well and with the remote control, purchased separately, you can adjust the light intensity and more.
The idea of ​​building a bird's nest with the cardboard from the packaging is wonderful. The discount coupon (15%) is an invitation for further purchases which I will certainly do.

Got the Hoagard Charmander neon wall decor for my room and it's 🔥! The neon light looks amazing and really stands out. Plus, it arrived just like they said it would. Definitely a cool addition to my room! 😎

When the neon sign arrived it was broken. After e-mail contact a pickup was arranged and I received a new neon sign.
Communication was clear and the sign is beautiful.

It seems I am having the same trouble as others. I ordered on the 8 November at a cost of £150 and have still not received my order which was a Christmas present for my granddaughter ten weeks on despite numerous messages and promises
