The product I bought was Charmander neon and I admit that once is lit is gorgeous! There was just a little problem, it arrived a lot of time after the delivery time declared by Hoagard (21 working days).
My suggestion is to increase the declared shipping working days, to avoid the incredible amount of negative reviews that this activity has collected in the last months, due also for the incredible advertising made on Instagram that have surely increased this problem

Do not use this site! Ordered for over 2 months ago, no product has been provided. Scam site

Ordered first week of November, was told item would arrive within 3 weeks. By mid January it had still not arrived with no estimated date for delivery able to be provided

I recently purchased a product from HOAGARD, and while the delivery was prompt and the quality of the item met my expectations, I am deeply disappointed with the customer service experience that followed.

Upon receiving the product, I noticed that the invoice, which I had provided all the necessary details for during the purchase, was not included. I promptly contacted HOAGARD via email, expressing my concern and requesting the invoice to be sent to my email address. Unfortunately, despite the passage of time, I have not received the requested invoice.

My initial attempt to address the issue was through email, but I received no response. Subsequently, I reached out through the website's contact form, and the customer support team assured me that the matter would be resolved by the end of the day. Regrettably, no resolution has been provided, and I find myself still awaiting the overdue invoice since November 22, 2023.

This lack of responsiveness and failure to fulfill a basic customer service request has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with my overall experience.

It said it could take up to 30 days, but it has been 30 days and I've not received a tracking number, an update or anything that indicates my order is being processed at all. THIS WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT! I bought it with more than time to receive it and I this will just ruin Christmas for my little sister. Customer support says they are looking into it, but never come back.

Ordered a sign - not even a custom sign, after 4 weeks nothing I emailed and they said sorry, another 3 weeks... Still nothing

I ordered 3 times from them and have some since 4 years.
I never bought neon products so I can’t know about them, but the metal arts were and are always GREAT! never had any issues, the quality always perfect, delivery very quick and customer service fast, competent and very kind.
I can just very recommend Hoagard if you like some different and original wall products.

Takes forever to ship, customer service is Surface level Blabla and the quality of the product is lacking.

High-quality product, perfect customer service! I bought both Metal and Neon items from Hoagard. OMG! Metal wall art looks so sturdy and charming on the walls. The Neon wall art was very affordable compared to the other Australian companies. It shipped from Brisbane, not China! The brightness is great. Although I had a small courier issue, the customer service team handled it very well.

They never got back to me after having to pay for the shipment. I do not mind to pay for it but then do not sales pitch we will cover the cost. Total BS I am waiting a year later for an reply!

I looked high and los for a giant white mandala, I was a bit nervous of ordering to be honest…. However it arrived in no time, well packaged and is gorgeous, perfect condition and a nice weight to it.
We mounted outside on brick, a but of a challenge…
If you are questioning….. just do it … I am very fussy and it met my standards!

Placed an order preemptively, when I realized it wasn’t going to work out I emailed them and within a day they had cancelled my order for a refund no questions asked. Great customer service! Will definitely order when the time is right.

I am very disapointed.
I ordered a "Hello Georgeos" and I was waiting forever until it got here. After maybe 3 months of having it, the quality was not there anymore.. Now not even a year later the sign is very dark and not really working anymore. I will never purchase anything again, sadly.

I absolutely love these metallic words, i have them all over my house, they are so unique and such a conversational piece!
