Not the best experience at all. It feels like there's only 1 person who replies to the ticket list because they take so long to respond. They only respond once a day IF LUCKY. If they don't respond, you'll never know and you'll be totally clueless.

Items were well packed with lots of Buble wrap and paper. They could speed up their shipping agent a bit. 10 days with no updates after getting a tracking number ,not even that it was collected by the post office.

Hobby Genki’s online ordering process is deceitful. After agreeing to pay a hefty shipping charge, the company held my order for additional three times the quoted shipping charges. They refused to cancel my order for five weeks until it was disputed through PayPal.

We never requested any additional shipping fee. After your order was placed, we contacted you regarding the new import tariffs recently introduced by the U.S. government. You were not asked to pay for shipping again — we only informed you about the options available to handle these new tariffs:
You could prepay your tariff in advance (DDP) to ensure delivery without extra payment at reception.
You could keep your order stored in our warehouse free of charge and without any time limit, until you decided to ship it.
You could also choose DHL shipment, where the tariff would be paid directly to DHL upon delivery.
Finally, we also offered a full cancellation and refund, which we processed immediately once you requested it.
Please also understand that all this information is clearly displayed on our website, starting from our homepage, and that each order requires confirmation that the customer has read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions of Sale before being placed.
