Honestly, fast responses from their customer service team. Shipping took about 5 days (to california) from order date! I will always order my parts and kits from HRP!

I have been a part of the hookup program for over a year now and man I love it. The new website is very easy to use as well.

Item was shown as available. 3 days later they emailed out of stock 2-4 weeks. I get another email two days later more like 8-12 weeks. Asked for a refund.

After some future tweaking in the IT dept, I feel HRP will do well and will do better with sales as they seem to be interested in carrying parts for aircraft we in the hobby regard as favorites such as the Ranger EX and the Ranger mini sold by Volantex but the planes themselves are discontinued. My only issue with them was that there is a tracking issue with carriers and them not knowing what carriers they are using for any given package right now. Tracking is rough at best as I ordered FedEX home delivery and they put my package on USPS originating from Salt Lake City, Utah but could not track it,,,,it just showed up. I will have to say CS answered every email about my concerns and they were very polite and refunded my freight for this order. I feel for me they were an unknown till I needed Ranger EX parts and and had no knowledge of them until I contacting "Volantex RC Aircraft" and they then redirected me to HRP to finish the purchase. Strange that the purchase started at Volantex and ended at HRP. The outcome was pleasant, but tracking issues and streamlining shipping department to avoid future mistakes I am going to hope for as their inventory is awsum!!!

Paint selection was very good, I needed 6 different colors plus the Plastic Pre-prep for a project and "HRP" had (almost) all of it in stock and ready to ship (other suppliers only had a few of the colors I needed). Only one color was out of stock (Candy Yellow) which I had found to be out of stock at several different suppliers at the time of purchase, so this was no surprise. All other colors were in stock. Shipping was quick, my order was shipped from their warehouse in Utah and took 2 days to reach me in California. My paints were shipped in a small box but it was packed well so nothing would move around in transit. Overall I had a nice shopping experience and would not hesitate to purchase more paints from "HRP" in the future.

What I didn't like was not being able to track the package. Wasn't sure if you were going to scam me or not. Once I recieved it I was relieved. My boyfriend loves it!

Received faster than I could figure out how to track it!

They had everything I needed and were extremely helpful. I was purchasing spraypaints and called them with questions. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Everything I needed was in stock and was shipped and received promptly. Their prices were also reasonable. Great experience and would purchase from them again. *****

Ordered a few things and they arrived pretty quickly through Fed Ex. Only thing the company can do better is support more RC Helicopter gear. ie more electric motors, more kits for 500 class and up, more lipo battery selections, more helicopter accessories.😊

I ordered 4 very light parts that fit in a standard letter sized envelope. The lowest shipping cost was $47.00 USD. I proceeded because I was desperate and they showed stock on all the parts. Although the website showed stock, and had for the previous 4 days, HRP did not have stock on one of the items. They shipped and then emailed me asking whether I wanted to proceed with the back order or cancel. I needed all of the parts so I would have cancelled the entire order if they had contacted me prior to shipping. The kicker is the back ordered part would have cost $40.00 USD or more for shipping. I did receive the order very quickly but $87.00 USD shipping for $83.00 USD worth of parts is too steep for this Canadian. Showing items as 'in stock' when they are not and then shipping partial orders at high shipping costs before contacting the purchaser is not good business practice.

Got my order faster then expected and was packaged very well! Buy with confidence!
