Great products, delivered quickly!
I do however wish you would carry more brand names such as Xray, Serpent, etcetera for RC cars and parts.

Great Company

Though the site is a little difficult at times, the pricing is great and the speed of shipping matches this. It is a pleasure to do business with this company. Just a little FYI for people, have the part numbers ready and it makes finding your parts quick and easy. A++ company to deal with.

Product good - Handling time needs work.

To preface this review - I always place my orders for RC car parts so that they qualify for the FREE shipping service.

I place my orders on Saturday or Sunday. From previous experience, I the order ship on Monday and I receive the product on Thursday. This has been consistent up until this last order. Regarding this most recent order, the order didn't ship on Monday like it previously has - it shipped Wednesday - 3 days after I placed the order. Obviously this delay in shipment resulted in the receipt of my parts being delayed, which resulted in my not being prepared for this weekends race - which resulted in lost deposits for the races I signed up for. I just can't see a reason why it takes 3 days to handle an order. All the item I ordered showed up as being in stock at the time of order placement. Even if there was a shortage on parts, a discrepancy between the systems inventory and the shelf, or mistake on the order, the issue should be easily remedied in 1 day, not 3.

In their defense, my previous orders have been great. It was only this most recent order that was a disappointing experience.

The lesson learned is that I must order any race-critical items from a more trust-worthy and efficient source, and allow HRP to handle the items that are less-critical and time sensitive. HRP does great in getting the correct items to me at prices that are highly-competitive, but the area that could use some improvements is in the handling time of the order.

I am sorry for the delay on shipping out your order. I did some research and found indeed you did place the orders on Sunday and normally we would have shipped this orders out on Monday but due to the holiday we were closed so the order was shipped out on Tuesday.

I hope this will help ease your mind and give you confidence to order your critical items with HRP again.

Great paint, quick service

I have tried a lot of different paint manufactures for my fishing lure company. The Spax Stix works way better than all of the others I have tried. Lays on easier and covers better.

Website very confusing

I like the ease of searching, but seems every time you click on something it opens another tab on the browser, then if you close one of the old ones everything gets lost. Quite frustrating and annoying. Other than that, great prices, great service and quick shipping.

disappointing! no tracking info! these guys suck!

This company charged me over $9.00 in shipping,
for an item, that would cost less than a dollar,
for USPS first class package. And, then sent it
USPS parcel select. Now I have to wait 3- 4 weeks,
and may never receive it! When a USPS small flat rate box
would have gotten here in 3-4 days, and cost $5.30, still
making them money, and I wouldn't have to file a claim,
nor missed my fly in!

great price for what you get!

Rage Pro: I ordered because of what value and features the charger had to offer.
Pros; So far so good, charged my batteries like a champ. I like the display screen/menu pretty easy to use and navigate. Comes with a lot of connectors, banana plugs makes it easy to add your own type of connectors. Cost is a major plus over competitors. Number of types of batteries it can charge was a major selling point for me.
Cons; Even though it comes with a lot of connectors, I wish it came with more common plugs like traxxas and kysho. But not to much of a big deal.
Reason for 4 stars is the shipping time did not match website. Website said most orders with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska would be 2 days ship time. Mine took a week and I don't live in either Hawaii or Alaska. Maybe not a real complaint for most people, but I'm a stickler for shipping.
Overall I am pleased with my experience with the company and value of product.

Great prices, many items out of stock.

I was under the impression HPR was a large RC product distributor, with that in mind I am very disappointed in the lack of product the actually have in stock. It seams like every time I try to build an order about 50% of the items I want or need are out of stock.

For the price payed not happy with the result very little coverage and will require re coating to get enough of a coat to buff out to shine, for the cost it should have been a 11OZ can not a 3.5OZ can

mixed thoughts

HRP has a HUGE issue keeping things in stock. This is the first time I've managed to find enough products that were in stock to make an order worthwhile, and even then, between the time I submitted the order, and the time it shipped, 2 of the products I ordered went out of stock. Real work needs to be done on keeping things in stock.
