Bought a cooker from their website overnight after an accident with my cooker. They rang the next morning to arrange delivery for the next day that was suitable for me. Perfect service and old cooker taken away too.

I placed the order online on a Thursday evening and received a call 10 minutes later to confirm and make the payment. I could have had the delivery the next morning, however, I was going to be out and arranged for delivery the following Tuesday. I was kept updated and the washing machine arrived on time, was plumbed in and tested.

Face to face customer service, how refreshing. Friendly and knowledgeable expert advice and price matching to boot. Look online but shop local and support your local retailers. As the saying goes,'Use them or lose them'. It's so good to talk to someone who values your custom and is there to help and support you. Next time you go to "click & and buy", just remember the frustration that follows when you're trying to liaise with a ChatBot !

We had been looking online for a Belling double oven but after talking through our options with a very helpful lady at the shop we discovered that after saving almost £150 on delivery, disposal and installation, as compared with a well known online retailer, we could actually afford a much better quality oven.
Even better they could deliver and install it the very next day for just £20.
The following day two really helpful guys turned up bang on time and had it up and working in next to no time.
It just goes to show that it often pays to look local for a good price and really great customer service.

Phoned on a Thursday and even though their engineer was on holiday they still managed to fit me in on Monday. The chap that came was very polite (forgave me for my greasy oven!! Thank you!!!) and had the whole job done within an hour. Even better, it was very very good value. Less than half what the manufacturer would’ve charged me for the repair. Big thanks to them. Purchased 2 appliances from them when I moved here just over 2 years ago - Karl patiently answered all my questions and delivery and installation were prompt and professional. Called yesterday for a dead dryer - Karl calmly assessed the situation and sent Andrew out within 24 hours, who professionally (and non-judgementally!) sorted the 2 issues out immediately.
