Purchased 2 appliances from them when I moved here just over 2 years ago - Karl patiently answered all my questions and delivery and installation were prompt and professional. Called yesterday for a dead dryer - Karl calmly assessed the situation and sent Andrew out within 24 hours, who professionally (and non-judgementally!) sorted the 2 issues out immediately. Highly recommend Hockridge for their personal and professional local family business - you have a customer for life!

Ordered a tumble dryer over the Christmas period and received an email saying that they will be in touch when back to work. Which they did and delivery was on that day. Well done

Ordered an oven that was just not available anywhere else. They made sure I understood it was actually an ex display model, and also that I was prepared to click and collect (they don't deliver outside Devon and Cornwall). They we't over and above to check the item was in perfect condition before I travelled the distance, and let me check it in person before I paid for it.

My washing machine from Argos broke after less than 6 months and after being messed around by Argos for almost 2 weeks leaving me without a washing machine, hockridge managed to sort the exact washer I wanted and deliver/ install it within a couple of hours.
