We had placed an order with another company for an upcoming event for some very specific and hard to find wine bags for high end sponsors. We had spoken directly to their customer service rep and, though the item was out of stock, they told us when it was due in to the warehouse (within the week) and that our order would be immediately pulled. We were to expect the shipment w/in 10 days. Well, after more than 10 days, our event getting closer and not one word from the other business, I called in. Thank goodness as the items were still on back order, were not available to us and no one had bothered to contact us and let us know. Of course we cancelled the order, vowed never to patronize them again (especially when the rep had little to no sympathy nor apologies when I followed up....) and began the hunt for something else we actually liked and could receive in time. Well, things happen for a reason because the Holden Company was AMAZING! Quick to respond, asked all the right questions, apologized for the bad service/experience we received at the OTHER company(!!!), checked current in stock items, gave me shipping dates on the spot, sent me notifications along the way and followed up. AND THE BAGS WERE EVEN BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL ONES WE WANTED - SUPER FESTIVE and LUXE LOOKING ON DISPLAY! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Holden Bags. You will ALWAYS be our first choice!

We recently placed our second order for tote bags for our thrift store. Our first order was a couple years ago, but all our information was still on file. This made re-ordering a snap. Viewing different color choices on-line was especially helpful. Staff answered questions quickly by email, as well. I have no doubt we will order more totes--so many colors to choose from!

I came to Holden for bags for a food collection program. All of the staff was incredibly helpful in assisting me in picking out the bags that would best suit my need. Their turnaround time on the design was unbelievably fast. Their prices are only a fraction of what I could find elsewhere in the Internet. I am very, very satisfied with Holden and expect to come back to them soon for another order.

WHY HOLDEN BAGS AND THIS PRODUCT?
In a position to purchase materials to promote awareness of public assistance fraud, I was looking for a reusable grocery tote with the state logo to distribute to local grocers for customer use. I was very pleased to find Holden Bags Big Storm Tote, which not only was a very nice, large size, but also a very sturdy 110 gsm and well lamindated to boot! . And they were less than $2 each! I could find no comparable bags even remotely near this price on line. The bags were a huge success! The 13' x 15' x 10" size is great. The 10 inch gusset allows so much room and stability to put groceries. The bags are very versatile, too. They're perfect for toting items to events, and even to use for those last minute items you need for a trip (4 pairs of adult shoes and two large beach towels fit nicely). Even bringing in the garen harvert. The bags are very durable and the insert is easily wiped clean, which is especially handy if you have a sticky spill like fruit juice or cappuccino. I spilled a partial jug of iced tea in my bag, The bag did not leak, and I was able to rinse it with warm water and dish soap (no scrubbing) and it was back to new!

From my first contact with Holden Bags to post delivery follow-up, all of their communications were professional, personable, friendly, and always very timely and sincere. In a world where you wait on hold through phone systems and commonly end up with someone reading from a script, the representatives of Holden Bags are personable and sincere in their desire to produce the product that best fits your needs. They can even help with the art work. I needed some lines sharpened up on the logo and also needed to add local contact information. They accomplished that beautifully, bringing together to be one cohesive piece, not just a logo with add on info.
THE FUTURE
When I am in the market again for a quality product such as this, I will come to Holden Bags.
