Our company ordered reusable grocery bags for a community event we helped to sponsor. I had great response time when I had a question about production time, and the item arrived a day before it was supposed to. My only concern was of the actual product. It doesn't seem as sturdy as some of the other reusable plastic bags, but we will see with time and use.

We placed our first order with Holden Bags and I was sincerely impressed with the service, timely delivery and great product.
Communication was so prompt and the price very reasonable, I had seriously braced myself for "what's the catch?", thinking maybe the product would be inferior. But, no, the product was exactly what I ordered and the quality is great.

I ordered about 200 bags for my business from this company and the bags looked great! Super easy to create online. I even uploaded out logo and they came so fast! When we run out we will definitely be ordering these again!

If you are in the market for a sturdy, sharp-looking, reusable tote to promote your organization, I highly recommend Holden Bags Laminated Big Storm Tote. It is 13x15x10. The 10" dimension is the gusset (bottom of the bag) which is smartly lined with a removable plastic insert for additional support. I purchased 900 bags for a county-wide promotion and they were so popular that I continue to get requests for more. I ordered the lime green bag and had the logo done in white. It's a bright and classy combination that is popular. I wanted a bag that is strong and this one is 110 gsm, which is tough to find in a reasonable price range. Add to that that the bag is laminated and you have one tough bag. These bags go everywhere, getting your message out. I have used mine for groceries, vacation (it easily holds four pairs of ladies size ten shoes and two big beach towels!) and back and forth to work each day. My jug of iced tea leaked in the bag, but the bag didn't let it leak out. I removed the contents, the bottom insert, and placed the bag in the kitchen sink. I filled it about half way with warm, sudsy water; emptied it; rinsed it; and hung it to dry. It was like new again. I wiped the insert with a sudsy sponge and voila, everything was clean. If I have the opportunity to purchase more bags in 2016, I will do so. Even the ordering process was wonderful! I heard back from the company the same day, sometimes within minutes, as they worked with me to get the logo adjusted and sharpened up, check the drafts, etc.... Everyone I encountered at Holden Bags treated me like I was their number one customer - which likely makes me their number one cheerleader. They do the job right.
