Well first of all i would like to say that I LOVE HOLIDAY ME and i love the idea about having discounts code every sat or wend ! U cant imagine that every time i use it in every hotel ...

He is so professional and helpful ! I just asked him to get a refund and cancel my hotel booking .. and he really did !!! Thought that my hotel policy is non refundable.. and the money is worth around 1170 $...

Trouble to get confirmation during booking process. And room that was given to us during the check in was different from the one that we had booked.
However, Arthi, agent of Holiday Me did a good job of getting it confirmed and also to get special requests conveyed to the hotel.

Solving the hotel reservation problem
We faced a problem with the hotel reservation on arrivals, a special thanks to Mr. Sikandarkhan Inamdar who was a great help and also a quick respond to solve the problem.

the travel consultant was very nice and respected who treated with the problem with complete proficionality
but what i didn`t like that my reservation was not confirmed dirctly by application which gave me failure in the begining which solved later within 12 hours

Deducting money without getting booked
I booked for hotel in turkey from holidayme and they deduct the amount from my bank account & sending email to me with :
(Sorry You have not been successfully booked), after that i contact support team in Saudi & Dubai to Fix this issue after 4 hours everything got fixed.
so i would like to thank noor in support team for helping me.
