We had booked our tour of Baku through holidayme. We were very fortunate to have Mr. Abdul Badri as our travel consultant who surely knows what he is doing. He was very professional and prompt in replying to each of our query and made our trip a memorable one.
I will describe my experience pointwise below:
- HolidayMe displays the perfect information about their offerings on the tour. We were given the same inclusions, benefits and tours which were showcased to us on the very first day.
-The travel consultant was really helpful in providing all the details to us and went back and forth for us to change whatever inclusions and exclusion were requested by us.
-The trip cost compared to all other travel agency was the best and lowest.
-We highly recommend Holidayme to one and all to make there trip a memorable one and do look for Mr. Abdul Badri. He is the best and so as Holidayme.

I tried to make a booking for Bali but clearly failed.
I was on hold for 45 mins - then I obviously disconnected!
After this, there was no call back to apologize but instead, they sent me the itinerary I have no idea how.
After calling them to cancel - instead of cancelling they asked me to book a tour.

You really need to train your staff on what customer service is and understand what the customer is asking for.

Not only did I waste my credit - waiting to be answered to, but I wasted so much of my time.

You just lost a potential customer.

Excellent customer service. Ms. Aarti Gadkari did an excellent job processing the hotel confirmation and the refund of the second booking.

Our booking reference # 1903160272. We (2 adults and a child) have booked and fully paid for Apartamentos Playa Moreja (Spain) from June, 24 till July, 1 2019. Yesterday, after arrivng to the hotel we were refused to check in, since no booking were found in a hotel. We are still (15 hours since our arrival) outside of hotel, desperate, with a little child. Yesterday Holidayme have promised to solve this problem, but Apartamentos Playa Moreja still have no valid confirmation for our family.

Update: After another 6 hours, we had to find another hotel and pay for it twice as much as we paid before.

Had a recent family trip to Armenia and through Holidayme we got the best and competitive rates in market for the season... along with their basic packages we can select the other add on options as daily activities as proposed by them... Their travel consultant Pragya was great at guiding us through the best package possible....

I had made 3 different hotel reservation in 3 different countries, starting 20th June and last one in August 2019, website / app are easy to use, prices are cheaper than other companies especially on each Saturday.
The only point is that u need to have further confirmation from the hotel to rest assure that you will get your reservation so I gave 4 stars, however Aarti Gadkari helped me a lot, she is polite and concerned travel consultant, I wish her all the best and looking forward to deal with her in my future booking.

I am rating our tour a 4 star only because the 2nd day tour was spent on a van whose air-con was not working the entire trip. The journey was long but even longer in a hot vehicle. But I am giving 5 stars for Gaya and Hakoub - We had a wonderful time with both of them. They are very friendly, fun and never a boring moment during the entire tour. Thank you to you both we enjoyed our tour with both of you.
