I booked this holiday to enjoy and relax while learning different culture in different country. Unfortunately it was a mistake to book through this agency! They were so attentive when you are inquiring for packages but the moment that you are raising a concern it will take time for them to read and respond to it. I hope i can post a picture of the hotel where they booked us! An old and stinky hotel.

Re our trip to Yerevan -There was lack of coordination between Holiday me staff and the local travel agent in Yerevan. On both days the pick up was late . In fact on the 2nd day the pick up on our voucher showed 9 am and we were picked up only at 10.20 . We lost nearly 1.5 hrs . Considering that it's a 3 nights tour every hour counts for us to make the most of it. Definitely Time management is something that needs to be looked into. Every evening the Holiday me staff should reconfirm.the meeting time n schedule for the next day to make doubly sure that all our in the same page
That's the way its handled by sorc tour which is very well organized.
However I found responses on the phone while doing the booking very responsive and informative.The hotel Messier 53 was good which was chosen by us . However the AC in the hotel needs to be looked in to to cater to residents from UAE . As the AC was put in Auto mode by the hotel which made the room very warm.

Would highly recommend Holidayme and Sunny Holidays , amazing staff - amazing operations team and hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had till date

We were initially booked to go to Sri Lanka but unfortunately we had to amend our plans to Armenia - which we weren’t so happy about but boy were we wrong , that country is so beautiful and to add to the experience - Hayk and the Sunnyholidays staff really made the difference with their warm approach and dense information about the country! So hospitable !

THIS IS NOT A REVIEW FOR HOLIDAY ME - Its for the local agency they have hired in Armenia.

I had been to Armenia recently and had a great experience with the local agency that was hired by Holiday me. The place in itself was amazing - green, serene and pleasant. Lovely people - friendly and nice too. The guide appointed - Andy and Mariam they did a great job at keeping us glued to the historical and cultural details of the place. Their passion for the work and their culture was so evident in the way they took us around. Andy in specific was awesome on the wheels. The roads back from Tatev to Yerevan were barely lit, but he knew the roads so well that he drove like a pro. In all it was a great experience in Armenia for us :). the Aragat mountains with all the snow was bliss - an experience of a lifetime for us indeed.
Have to mention Gaya :) she has been very prompt and accommodating to all my untimely requests and panic attacks due to issues i had with HolidayME. If not for her I am sure this trip would have been a disaster.
Thanks you guys for making this a memorable one for us :)

Again reiterating - This is not a review for HolidayMe cos I have had issues with the booking and coordination with them. Surely will not recommend for any bookings further to anyone.

Few months ago I travelled thro holidayme to SERBIA & we had lot of problems due to mismanagement of holidayme.
Also holidayme had promised for some compensation & reimbursement but till nothing done by holidayme inspite of sending so many messages to them.
Not good company to deal with.

Traveling for leisure is a wish of many like me☺️ Holiday. me fulfill that wish of mine for providing a package that all you have to do is confirm, pay and yalla your off on your vacation.

We had a short trip to Gergia and travel by land to Armenia. It was a short and sweet trip with lots of memories. Thanks to holiday me for their great service.

Being a nature lover, I was blown away with the picturesque of green mountains with patches of beautiful wild flowers, while I inhale the aroma of the forest and listening to the sweet sound of the water flowing through the river.

Armenia and Georgia are surely a must places to visit!

Surely you are in good hands with holiday.me with their local tour guides who always make sure you can keep in touch with them with whatever you need. Special thanks to "Temo, Maria and Michael" for our Georgia trip, you guys are amazing.

Recently booked for Georgia & Armenia! Beautiful places to see and hotels were decently good though could have been better. The best part of the entire trip were the professionalism ways and helpfulness of the guides! Kaya thank you for an amazing time... Hoping for more visits :)

Recently I had holiday package booked for Georgia and Armenia through Holidayme during Eid vacation. My experience was not good with arrangements done for the tour.

1.Hotel accommodation for Georgia and Aremenia were worst , outside temp was high and room AC is not all in working condition, hotel management could not do anything on this. We had very bad sleep on all 4 days.
2.Time management for the optional tours and city tours were bad and couldn’t enjoy

Overall experience with Holidayme was bad and I recommend those who are thinking of booking holidays be careful.

I made bookings with Holiday Me for travel & stay at a 4 star hotel in Jordon during the Eid holidays. Weeks ahead I figured out that the quality of a 4 star accommodation is not comparable to one in Dubai. I requested or upgrading the hotel to a 5 star hotel. This was declined stating the fine print "no refund policy" which states that cancellation and change of hotel is not permissible, however Holiday Me have the right to change the hotel. When I arrived at Amman Airport I was faced with two issues;
1. Visa upon arrival was supposed to be free of cost, the person holding a placard with my name arrived late, by thn I had paid the visa fee for my family. A hit of AED1200.
2. When I sat in the taxi I was told I was booked on another hotel and not the one that was on my voucher. The driver was all confused, I insisted to be driven to the hotel listed on my voucher and found my booking. There was no way to contact the HM team in Amman till I made calls to the Dubai branch which was closed on Eid and finally was able to talk to the agent who had booked my travel.
Overall the experience was not good at all. I would recommend anyone who wishes to use HM services to be very careful and read the fine print.

During the recent Eid Holidays, I had made my hotel & tour booking for Istanbul through Amey Vaishnav from Holiday Me. The places suggested by him for this tour along with the hotel booking was very good. I was very impressed and happy with the services extended to us during our trip. Most of my holiday trips are done by Amey who is very efficient and always provides the best deal. I would recommend to go through Holiday Me for arranging holiday trips

we planned a holiday to Serbia, Belgrade and Novi sad through Holidayme and it was fabulous experience. The travel agent was very professional and everything was as shown in their website.

Except for the airlines Aeroflot!! which wasnt their fault everything else was exceptional.

I was disappointed with their service.Last week i went for a holiday to Maldives, their package was offering many value additions like one time meals at restaurant,30 min Spa massage at resort, in villa breakfast,departure gifts ,1hr photoshoot, all inclusive beverages etc.But after I checked in the resort they said as per the voucher provided by the Holidayme does not include it, even I show them the Holidayme booking voucher which mentioned all these things. Resort management asked me to contact the Holidayme for these. Holidayme replied me after a day, and said everything has been sorted out and re-sending voucher to them.I showed the message to the resort and they replied me that they have already told Holidayme that these are not included.I was humiliated and depressed with cheating from Holidayme. Thus my holiday been wasted. Nobody ever contacted me after repeated complaints to them.

Recently I had been to Malaysia with HOLIDAY-ME and the tour was amazing. Thanks to our tour assistant Ms.Valantina.
Flight, transfers, hotel, day tours were well organised. It was a short but sweet tour and value for money.

They have some hidden charges apart from what's mentioned in the package. you will come to know only when u reach the travel destination.

My experience of real customer service was very very good with Ms. Gauri Gund, she was extremely professional and committed to her job. I really appreciate her effort.

Great handling of booking matters and after sales services. A lady named Gauri was extremely helpful and proactive in solving some issues I had.

I had some personal cirumstances that had me cancel the reservation in a time that the cancelling time was over. Then, a employee called Mohammed had helped me and done his best to cancel the reservation for free in the busy times of the Eid. If this act proves anything, its the great servise of the hotail 'holidayme'.
