I've made an order and just received an email one week later saying sorry is delayed. Since then, one week ago, no response, no update email, no information about the order. Customer service is non existent and the chat to a bot that is answering "the customer service is closed" even on the days and times when according to your website your customer service is working. I just sent the form to follow up my order in the dutch wepage, but still when will I receive my package?
On top on anything, terrible client service.
I will always check here before buying anything. I hope someone listen to this declaration. What a mess.

Feels like scam to order online during sale period at Holland and Barret. It happened to me twice in a course of couple weeks. First I ordered several tins of whey protein because it got like 30% discount. Order got cancelled after several days with the response that the items are not in stock. When I go to the website, the same products are still available to be purchased, only the discount is lowered.
Second purchase, I added again the protein powder and this time, there is a massive discount for Manuka honey (96 euros to only 26 euros), so i give it a try. Guess what, the protein powders arrived yet the honey got cancelled from my purchase with the same lame reason (no stock or item has been replaced). I get on the website and the same item is now at normal price. It is like a click bait to encourage more purchase but with zero commitment to give out this sale products.

Worst online order experience ever!! I have placed an order that is specifically pick up option chosen by the order in Capelle aan Den Ijssel. I see on the track and trace page that the order is shipped to my old work adress in Amsterdam, The AI chat on the customer service is just repeating itself and asking me to resolve the issue, Guess they train them to be more brutal than helpful! I call the customer service number +31 20 8885031 but I get the message that the number is not in use, A big brand like this is offering help on the most amateur way ever? Wouw I buy my supplements very often here however after this experience I will move for sure to another company that values the customers and offers them decent help for mistakes that the company causes themselves, a big dissapointment and a very bad customer experience,

It’s the second time I order something from the online shop and the second time the order is delayed because no stock is available.
A expect a business like H&B to be more proactive on the stock availability and advise customers right after the order or better, before ordering, that the stock for the selected item is not available.
Furthermore, I find it silly that no email it notification is sent to customers to clarify why a specific produci is missing after the delivery arrives; I had to contact the customer service myself to find out that the missing product was not sent because not available.
Customers should not assume, and should be informed since the payment is made in full, not try to get the information by themselves!

What scammers! They make you think the item is half of the price on their website and app, but when you get to the store you come to find out the sale is only online and they write it underneath in super small almost invisible text. What a waste of time ever walking into that store or ever shopping from this company. Moreover, everything is over double the price you could buy those items online from almost any other online drugstore just so they can force you to buy more with their gimmicky 2+1 sales. Terrible. You should be ashamed

I bought some discounted products and received fewer products and no communication. The box was damaged. I immediately reported it to customer service, and the only response I got was from their bot, which is absolutely useless except giving you useless answers! Their customer service couldn't be less helpful! I've decided to go to the store and return all the products. I'm done with them, definitely.

I am a client for a long time, never had any problems until very recently, I had a big issue caused by one manager of one shop, but after contacting customer care and explain the situation I was directly contacted by the area manager and we solve the issue in the most professional way possible, and although the manager of that shop was not professional all the rest of the employees go far and beyond thwir duties. Also the issues that are not directly caused by H&B but Post.NL have been solved or addressed in a fast and professional way. I do hope H&B can find a new postal carrier as soon as possible because the one they use is causing damage to their company and H&B is not to blame.
So I am very happy even with the issues that appeared the solutions and care and professionalism of the staff is highly regarded.

They have never informed me about that my package was already delivered to pickup location. Then I was rushed urgently to go there because otherwise they would send it back. I don't understand why such a company says they're gonna deliver to your address where in fact you have to go by yourself to some random pickup location to pick it up. This is especially frustrating if you're pregnant and it's snowy and very slippery outside. I would strongly recommend Holland and Barrett rethink in cooperation with PostNL because apparently they're not able to deliver their products.

I buy celtic seasalt from holland and barrett in the shop NL, after long time using, i did put it in water for long time and saw that brown gray color at the bottom, it didn't dissolve since 2 months, full of sand and now I know how I got kidney stones! I went to the shop to show them but the worker didn't had interest, I try to write a review on their website but you need to buy before writing a review even i buy it in the shop! I want to show pics of it and told the shop that I will buy one bag and water to mix them in front of their eyes! How can I show them that its full of sand!!!

I’ll give 3 stars because the staff in the store helped me sort things out. But overall, the pricing system is confusing, especially online.
When you order online and choose “pick up in store,” the price at checkout is higher than the price shown on the product. That still hasn’t changed. For example, I saw a product for €1.89, but the final checkout was €6.64, even with store pickup selected.
I went to the physical store thinking it would be clearer. I picked an item for €3.79, and they said, “Buy one, get one free.” But the second item wasn’t the same price, so the total became more than I expected.
Luckily, the staff explained it and allowed me to switch the second item to match the first, so I ended up paying just for one. That was helpful, and I appreciate it.
Still, I believe the pricing, especially for online orders. It needs more clarity. When you see a price, that should be the price you pay. Simple as that. Transparency matters.
I used to shop in this store but this is the last time they see me here. While I was waiting in the queue at the kassa, an employee dropped something at the checkout counter for another client, who later joined the queue and, once it was my turn to pay, the cashier made her skip the queue and prioritised her over me. When I asked the cashier for an explanation, he replied that she was already served by a colleague … so what? I was first in the queue, it was my turn, and if you really need to prioritise another customer, you should at least do it in a nice way and apologise for it. Unbelievable!

Am I the only one that is completely terrified of the products they sell?? They very often have product recalls from Holland & Barrett. It feels like every time I check their website, another product is being recalled due to dangerous ingredients – like the recent recall of their organic linseed for having levels of hydrogen cyanide that exceed legal limits, or the cornmeal and polenta products with dangerous levels of fumonisins. How can I trust a company that seems to be repeatedly putting customers' health at risk?
As a regular customer who believed in the quality of their products, this is incredibly concerning.
I have completely lost trust in their ability to properly vet the products they sell, and I’m no longer comfortable purchasing anything from them....
If they can’t get basic safety standards right,before people buys and consumes these products how can we trust anything they sell?

Discounted products offered during Black Friday deals that are already expired. I unknowingly ate one and spent the whole night dealing with diarrhea. After raising a complaint, they had the audacity to offer me a £5 voucher. Absolutely shameless!
