I checked on the website beforehand and it showed that the closing time at 18:00 hours (and finally I found also the same closing time, displayed beside the shop door), but the sales woman said very angrily that the cashier has been closed, come back tomorrow. But automatic door was still working properly at that time (not shut down)
Please tell where can someone find right closing time. If the open time is going to be rescheduled. the store must make an announcement in advance to her customers. An investigation into the working attitude of this sales woman is really neccessory.

There service is terrible they advertise when they know they can’t deliver anyway. They cut you off when on line chat,, my first ever order and I would never use again.

Once again, a failure by Holland and Barrett. I had £8.50 in credit and decided to give them one more try after they totally messed up my previous order (which took 6 weeks to sort out). Total mistake. I ordered Arginine supplements x 3 with next day delivery (£4.99 extra cost). Needless to say, they did not arrive next day because they use Hermes. When the order eventually arrived, I have one tub of arginine and 2 tubs of lysine. It took several messages to eventually get a reply. They told me they would organise replacements. A week later, still not updates regarding the replacements being dispatched. I've contacted them and told them to refund the payment. I've had enough with this godawful excuse for a company. Do not use their online service. It is incompetent beyond belief!!!!

I am about to cancel my order. I read on the evri tracking site, that they had tried to deliver but I wasn't home & no safe place to leave, these are both untrue. The robotic service is useless, was eventually advised that there were no agents on-line, if I needed further help click the link, which took me back to the beginning of the original query which was where is the parcel & why are they using such an unreliable & clearly untrustworthy courier service? 🤔 😳
Next day delivery is a big lie, it takes more than 7 days.
Placed an order on 5th July and received the order on the 8th July but items were missing from my order. No mention of whether there is a delay or reason why items are missing. Had an email saying parcel has been delivered. Not good enough. Had to call and ask for missing items to be refunded.

I bought the Hemp CPD capsules 50mg tablets. I thought they were expensive but after taking them for my knee pain they are worth every penny. I am able to walk again without pain! Brilliant and highly recommended
DO not order from them.

A few days ago I purchased ghee butter at a store. The odour is pungent and rancid. The taste matches the odour. My mom made ghee herself and the difference is like heaven and hell, not in favour of the store-bought one. There are smells I like, some of which are utterly specific and may seem even stinky to someone’s nose, like the smell of Camembert cheese or sun-dried fish, but this ghee is obviously spoilt for whatever reason, whether it’s due to improper storage or disrupted manufacturing process.

Be careful of VERY SHORT expiration dates when ordering online. They don’t explicitly state the date and you are lured into buying the product by seeing a VERY small discount on the original price.
Let me give a little more detail on my VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with H&B. I ordered 20 cans of some coffee they had on slight discount. All 20 cans of coffee I received expire in ONLY 5 days. I received the coffee boxed (and therefore I did NOT immediately realize the short expiration date, in order to send it straight back to them). They do NOT state the expiration date on their website, and therefore, you don’t really know what you are buying. If you like having your morning coffee expired, then H&B is a very good choice, otherwise, stay away!
EDIT: They were kind enough (as you see below) to offer to compensate me for the terrible experience. Given H&B's effort to make things right, I have changed the review from 1 star to 3 stars.

Ordered online for product to be delivered to store the next day, that was 20th June I'm still waiting for it to come in on 3rd July, shocking service went to store my product was on the shelf i asked if i could take them as my order not in yet but was told i had to purchase them, even when I showed i had ordered them, i will never use them again and won’t recommend them to anyone

I ordered some products online from Holland and Barrett sometime in February. When it got to me after some days, to my amazement, the products were all expired and delivered through Hermes. I tried to contact them, all to no avail. I ended up throwing the products away and loosing my money. The services are bad and I am not happy with it.

I sent back a faulty product weeks ago. They said they had authorised my refund but the PayPal for this purchase does not say that a refund has been requested (like other purchases). I contact Holland and Barrett again, and told them. They insisted that had authorised it, and asked me to check my bank and paypal again. It's been another 5 days and they haven't gotten back in contact.
Waiting 5 to 7 days in between messages, even though an agent has been selected, is ridiculous. It's been so long in fact that they've sent me the automated message asking if I was happy with the service I had been provided.
HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!! May 20, 2022 was the information that product Wart Away will be delivered the next day, I bought it and chose the option of "express delivery", which costs 5.99 euro and I could choose the day, so I chose May 23, 2022 in which to be delivered product. Today, May 30, 2022 it has just been delivered !!!! (10 days of waiting, for 5.99 euro !!!!) and without any prior notice, apologies for the delay, nothing !!! A terrible experience and I would not recommend scammers like Holland Barret to anyone.
Very poor way to treat customers. First they tell you your product is ready in-store to collect on the day you order. Then, when it is paid for, two emails arrive to tell you that there is a delay! Now three days later, still waiting. Paid a premium to buy from H&B because it was urgent, would have been quicker and cheaper to use Amazon.
Impossible to contact a specific store to find if they have an item. Ring customer services wait an age for an answer and told they can see what’s online. Doesn’t help. Do I make a trip to the store just to see?
Why isn’t there an easy way to contact a specific store?
This isn’t CUSTOMER service. This is own business service.
