Don’t waste your money on NEXT DAY DELIVERY.
MONDAY placed an order and paid the premium for next day delivery as recipient needed it urgently.
TUESDAY the next day, no delivery received, although all the emails received said Tuesday.
WEDNESDAY contacted customer service and complained, agreed to have delivery cost refunded.
THURSDAY still waiting for delivery.
It’s been showing in the Ervi tracking as with them but if Holland & Barrett can’t reply on them for delivery they should be using a different delivery service.
Disappointing and frustrating, could have got from elsewhere - could have bought locally and sent by Royal Mail quicker. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Bad experience. Their brand, 'the Tuinen', is beautifully designed to look green and natural. "98% natural ingredients" is accompanied by chemicals that should not be in cosmetic products. First time I used their 100% natural ingeredients Night Repair Lipbalm I woke up with a herpes next morning (how did I not wonder, if it is 100% natural, whis does it not have an Ecocert certification?). For people who want to use natural cosmetics, this is definetely not a brand. Almost all the products in this line contain Phenoxyethanol. The only time I will set my foot in their store is to return all the products that I bought with a 70% reduction but which I am now sure, they actually worth less than I payed.

Couldn't rate them zero stars unfortunately. I ordered 90 cans of drink. The order was split into two boxes. The first one arrived with 37 cans. The second box, with the other 53 cans never arrived. I checked on the website and the order number was not recognised and there was no information about the order at all. Getting help from customer services took some time. Eventually, they said they would send the remaining 53 cans. 3 days later, a box arrived containing 8 cans. I contacted them asking what has happened and where are the other 45 cans. 4 days later, still no reply. Absolutely useless. I now have to take this to my bank and start taking action agains Holland and Barratt. I'll never go near them again!!!

i see from other complaints this firm is owned by russians who are in with putin cant trust them never shop there again

I went to the Barking branch and I wanted to buy Echinacea vitamins, which I've used for many years. They had offer one buy for a penny offer and they're products were nearly expired and so I decided to buy online. Everywhere there is a commercial on the TV but no indication that their products are nearly expired. When the products arrived in store they were also nearly expired, I ordered 4 bottles and they still tried to sell it to me even though it was nearly expired. Good product but bad experience with the dates on the products and customer service. When I called customer service they didnt want to change to good date and said that it was said online that it nearly expired but this wasn't true they lied to me.
I have used Holland and Barrett shops for decades now, and while slightly more expensive than average had no major problems.
So as I needed some thing urgently for a friend and as a family member already had an account. I thought I would try their on line service for the first time. Requested next day delivery at added cost, goods never arrived next day. I then was informed after the account owner pursuing the delivery company, that it may well take 3 days at least for my goods to arrive as Holland and Barrett had outsourced delivery of goods to Amazon. Not impressed first time user.
Ordered £107 worth of required supplements on January 13th via next day delivery - Order number
9001489404 - no show due to "damaged in transit"- told to contact the Company via Amazon Shipping re-sent on January 17th with an apology and refund offer of the delivery charge. The second delivery is also now showing "Damaged in transit" - I write to their CEO on January 22nd - its now January 25th - no goods, no refund, no response!!! - In the world of online shopping this Company is clearly not geared to service the Client - quick to take hard earned money will the inability to supply - reasonable or unreasonable - you decide??? - my advice - avoid and go elsewhere!!!

Twice i have had the same order, paid for next day delivery item delayed, and then didn't even get received! spend half your time speaking to someone on the phone to try and get your order which is a nightmare. Shocking company and customer service
I placed an order online with Holland & Barrett on 27 December for collection at my local store. Other than an acknowledgement of my order, I heard nothing back and assumed that it was due to delays around issues with covid, HGV drivers, etc. Yesterday, 22 January, I received an email stating that, as I had not collected the goods from the store, the order had been cancelled. I phoned Customer Services outlining the situation and that I had not been advised that my goods had been dispatched or were waiting for me in the store. I spoke with Jaz and, thanks to his competence, efficiency and prompt action, my long awaited goods were delivered to my home 24 hours later. This is fantastic customer service - well done Jaz.

Ordered gluten free oats online to save having to visit the shop. I made payment then the site simply faded out leaving me with absolutely no trace of having made the order.
I have now contacted customer service three times with no resolution. The reply is to the effect that the matter is "under investigation ". This has been on-going for over a week. Absolutely appalling. Next stop seems to be trading standards.
