Absolutely everything about Sue&Mark’s hospitality has been 10/10. Person centred with breakfast, accommodating with all aspects of our needs. The whole top floor of her hotel was let out to us which made it feel very homely. Friendly, warm and very much inviting ♥️

Enjoyed my stay, sue and mark are great owners, amazing hospitality 10/10 breakfast and a great laugh

Was given this B & B details by friends as they had shut up shop

I wasn't disappointed

Found sue to be very friendly and helpful ( it probably helps that she is from my town originally)

The room was clean and cosy and the breakfast was excellent

An honest review.
Myself and my family had not booked the Holmelea originally for our long weekend stay, we had booked another b&b which we will not name. But on arriving there the awful smell hit you straight away as soon as you opened the door ,we just couldn't stay there so we had a drive around in search for another b&b and came across the Holmelea which had vacancies in the window.
So I rang the door bell to be greeted by sue the landlady, I explained our situation we found ourselves in, Sue told us she had one family room left available and could go and view the room before making a decision.
The room was immaculate and very well equipped with all tea coffee sugar condiments, we took the room and stayed for three nights.
Sue and Mark made us feel at so much at home and nothing was to much trouble for them. The breakfast in the morning was very enjoyable.
Myself and my family would not be staying anywhere else now in Blackpool.
I can honestly say "we arrived as guests and left as friends".
If your looking for a small b&b in Blackpool I would highly recommend this one,

Lovely little B&B in Blackpool, home from home feeling with Sue & Mark being the perfect hosts! Rooms are well kept with all the things you need & comfy beds ! Cannot fault the full English breakfast in the morning too! Our go to place when visiting Blackpool and will be back again soon! :-)

Since moving out of area, I always book in with Sue and Mark when I’m back visiting friends.
Sue and Mark are really welcoming and always make my partner and I feel like it’s our home from home whenever we stay!
We always leave with a good breakfast in our stomachs and refreshed after a good nights sleep!
I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I come to blackpool.

Well what can I say about this brilliant friendly guest house and Sue and Mark! Very welcoming from the moment you arrive and nothing is too much trouble for Sue. I have visited on several occasions and it's like coming home to see family. Rooms are really nice with very comfortable beds, tea making facilities and a TV all you could want. And oh! Those breakfasts! Absolutely brilliant full English. Well situated and only a three minute walk to tram stop pubs close by and about 10 mins or so walk from Blackpool centre. In my opinion you will struggle to find a friendlier place to rest your head at night!!

Absolutely lovely place to go in blackpool it's a home from home me and my family have been going here for 5 years and wouldn't go anywhere else sue and mark are brilliant hosts and very welcoming. Fantastic food and very clean and comfatable rooms. Very good price. The best bnb in blackpool by far.
