Ordered a basketball for my grandson for Christmas in early Dec, 2022. Never received it. A few emails sent to them in Feb and March, they stated they are a small company of 4 employees and are running behind. Now when I email I don’t get a response at all! Disgusting!!!!

ordered in October 2022 for Xmas, didnt arrive. Emailed for information, got a " we're experiencing delays " standard email. March 27th 2023 still no order. Have emailed numerous times and not even a response any more. DO NOT order from this company! I wish Id researched before I spent $200 on basketballs!

This is a SCAM. Ordered in December 2022 and have received several emails from the company "explaining" the shipping delays. I have requested a refund from them twice at this point with no response. I started a dispute with my credit card company. Please do not purchase from this company!

Gear ordered December 2022 and it's march 22 2023 and still nothing. Filing a small claims court action. Mike from houston Nothing but a bunch of hot air responses on email. They are scamming people.

The company is a fraud! I wish I'd properly read the reviews BEFORE I wasted $157 to buy gifts for my 11-year-old grandson. I ordered on 9th January, 2023. Today (20th March, 2023), and absolutely nothing. The same emails apologising for the delay "due to being a small family company with only 4 employees".

Order product on 12-12-22. After receiving a few (2) emails providing a halfhearted excuses for their failure to deliver. I got tired of waiting. I filed 3 formal requests with them for a refund, last request ending on 2/6/23. They acknowledged my emails and sent me a written email acknowledging my cancellation request and acknowledged my refund would be processed within 5 days, of 2/6/23. It's been over a month an there is no record of the refund on my statement. I have since filed fraudulent charges on my merchant service account. This company likes to string you along about their efforts and that they are doing the best they can with only have 4 people working. They then string you along for your delivery. If you get tired of waiting and happen to cancel they will then string you along hoping you will forget about your refund. These guys are shysters plain and simple. It's a 50/50 gamble. You may get lucky and they deliver the product as described...and you also may be chasing down a refund that will never come.

My order never arrived. I’ve been waiting more than 3 months. And despite numerous attempts to get an update on my order or have it canceled for a refund, I’ve had no response to my enquiries. The customer ‘service’ is disgraceful. I won’t be recommending hologear to anyone.

Ordered it as a Christmas gift december 18 and it said 5-7 days for shipping. It is now end of February and I still haven’t received it. They claim it is because first backlog from the holidays, then Chinese New Year, now they are only a small staff of four. One story after another.

If I could give this ZERO stars I would. This company is Full of dog crap. I ordered a soccer ball at the begining of December only to receive a printable paper to give to my kid ...saying the order would arrive in a FEW DAYS!! I waited a couple weeks and started to try and contact them. There is NO number..so I began to email. Took weeks to get a response to which they said they have cancelled my order and will return funds. Its been weeks of that and still don't have the funds back. Email after Email...they just ignore me. SCAMMERS!!!!!!! They bait you with minimal responses and silly pieces of paper to basically lie to your kids they have a gift coming. DO NOT EVEN WAIST YOUR TIME

Just don't do it. I ordered 2 glow in the dark basketballs prior to January 1st 2023. It's February 10th and my orders still have not been received and HoloGear hasn't responded to my requests for a status update.

I ordered December 7. I got an email about the Chinese new year about a month ago and now it is February 2023 and now their emails don’t work this company needs to be under investigation calling out my credit card company. Tell him I did not receive it.

Scam. Ordered mid December and nothing. No response from multiple emails. How are they still able to take people’s money????????

Biggest scam , pretend to charge to your PayPal account . Which isn't the case just straight out my bank account . Ordered in November , no email response then generic email response . IT'S A FULL ON SCAM .

I ordered a Hologear soccer ball in November a month ahead for Christmas and now we’re a week in to Feb with no replies since December.

Ordered $225 worth of HoloGear products for my children's Christmas present, which they didn't receive as it TOOK 7 WEEKS TO ARRIVE! Hologear are now ignoring all my MULTIPLE emails to issue me with a return and refund. This company is looking like a COMPLETE SCAM. Christmas ruined for my children and I am out $225 for the pleasure! BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered 3 basketballs for my grand kids at the beginning of December 2022. The web site stated receive by 16 December. It is now the 4 February 2023. Nothing. Emailed support. No response for 2 weeks and then I get this story, that the factory is closed for the Chinese New Year. Asked for a refund, sorry your funds have been processed, we CANNOT refund you. However, once the balls arrive you can return for a refund if disappointed. New email, we have pushed your order to the head of the list, sure you have. I can just imagine returning the product and the likely hood of receiving a refund, ZERO. The video is a fraud and totally misleading. Judging by all the reviews from people who did receive the product it does not glow unless you are making a video with your camera phone and the flash must be turned on. As for ordering Hologear glasses with lights, forget it. This, in my opinion. is a total scam. The product is made in China, why am I not surprised. The leading country of scams and fraudulent activity. Avoid buying anything on their website. Facebook et al, where I saw the product, should take down the ad, to save others from being scammed. Wish I knew about the reviews beforehand.

This company is clearly a scam. I never received my order. I have tried multiple times to contact with no response. The only number I could find online is disconnected. I feel at a loss!

And now after some research I see many people in my position.

DO NOT order from this company!! Brutal!

Like many others are saying, this store is a scam! I ordered 2 x balls in November as website said they would arrive before Christmas and it is now late January and they still haven't arrived.

I got tracking soon after I placed my order. The balls appeared to arrive in Australia quite quickly and then nothing happened for weeks! I contacted the store and they responded quite quickly apologising and asking for my understanding, said they were a new business etc. They didn't give any clarity though on what the hold up was with my order, just assured me it was on the way.

Some more time passed and again, nothing was happening with my order. It just appeared to stay put for weeks. Just prior to Christmas I emailed again with my upset that these balls were to be my children's Christmas presents and that I had been assured by their website when placing my order and via email since, that my order would arrive in time for Christmas. To make matters even worse, they then emailed me a 'letter from Santa' to give my children explaining that they had a very special present on the way that would be arriving soon. They never arrived. Weeks later, I got a delivery notification stating that my order had been 'left in a safe place' in Saudi Arabia!!!!! I have since made several attempts to contact the company on various different platforms and I have not heard back from them ONCE!!

I'm now in the process of getting a refund through PayPal.

DO NOT waste your time or money buying from this dodgy website! Chances are, you'll be sorry.

**UPDATE
I created a case though PayPal and after no response from Hologear, the claim was escalated. PayPal have now closed the case in my favour, issuing me with a refund.

SCAM!! Christmas order never arrived, contacted Hologear and they promised to process a refund asap. Never received it and my emails are being ignored.

It seems I’m not alone…
