Incredibly slow to ship items but quick to take your money. Seems like everything is handled by bots and customer service is severely lacking. They sent a false email saying my ordered had shipped when 5 days later it was still “processing “. I attempted to cancel and request a refund but their “bot” customer service rep said it would try but couldn’t guarantee because it was “actively” being processed. What a crock. I wish companies would be honest about shipping times (I realize weather and other uncontrollable situations can occur but THIS is not that) I will not be ordering anything from them going forward.

Ordered on Nov 30th. Got an email Dec 4th stating item was shipped. In reality, only a shipping label was printed and item did not ship until Dec 13th. Still in transit.

Two items (hoodie and l/s t-shirt) arrived in week’s time and fit nicely. Was concerned by other reviews, but based on my experience would definitely order again!

great clothing. speedy delivery. Excellent graphics and quality.

only complaint i have is the fit. it all runs about a full size larger than expected after using their sizing charts. maybe that's what they're going for.

either way, will order again but will order mediums instead of larges.

I ordered for delivery to the UK then as an afterthought I read the reviews (wrong order I know!). I was then worried as there are sone negative views especially around delivery issues ( but I sent up a prayer and hoped for the best). I needn’t have worried as it arrived safely (tracked all the way) from Texas to my door in 7-9 days which is flawless. The products are beautiful and great quality and came well presented and packaged. I had a horrendous experience with UPS UK in the past so avoided that postal option like the plague (UPS conveniently managed to ‘lose a £300 speaker I ordered at Christmas) and chose USPS instead (who were exceptional) and I had ZERO issues. I truly believe that the majority of negative reviews on here relate to UPS UK issues and not those of Art of Homage itself. On that note I would strongly recommend AOH drop the UPS option as it could so detrimentally affect your UK business that your reputation could be ruined here (just friendly advice) and I would hate to see that happen as we need more quality Christian streetwear brands. I can only speak personally but I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these products and this company for others like me who are looking for value, great designs and quality materials. Kudos and will be in touch soon to purchase more (and no I do not work for them I just believe good work should be congratulated as we are all quick to complain when it goes south) JB

I would given zero stars if I could. Customer service is nonexistent! The so called "Chat" I believe is an automated system which sends a message for you to read. No conversation with a real person. Then it tells you it will send you an email. I would not have done business with this company if I had known there was no chance of speaking with a real person.

Worst customer service ever! I wouldn’t recommend buying here. If they send you the wrong item, no one will respond to your emails. You have the option of returning but have to go through the hassle of doing it online then wasting your gas to drive to usps even though it was there mistake. Worst experience I’ve had and there’s no phone number to contact. I’ll never buy here again and will make sure continue to tell everyone not to.

Homage cancelled without replacement. Caregiver assigned says he was available. I did not cancel. Am on hold for 1hr+ (from 9 am that is the earliest Homage offers phone service ) and still waiting to talk to Homage personnel. Nobody contactable.

This is by the best apparel company in the world, their clothing is insanely comfortable and the pricing is great. They send out fun and exciting promos and reward your loyalty every chance they get. Their apparel is fun with a nostalgic look, please give them a shot.

There was a problem with postage, but the company were kind and friendly enough to resolve this and add in an extra t-shirt for free! The quality of the print isn’t at all fuzzy or blurred, and the t-shirts themselves feel well made. Highly recommend :)

Clothes are made from the most comfortable material and my older shirt is about 9 years old now
