Complete scam

Complete scam. Grill came busted up & packaging as well. Dumped at my house. Asked me to take 120 lb grill with busted box to ups. Or schedule a pickup for $20, buy a box for $5, or ask a friend for one. lol. None of those prices are even close to accurate. Total waste of $400. Still unresolved.

Horrible experience with the manager

Horrible experience with the manager. My mom and I went shopping at Home Goods in Poway. My mom is in a wheelchair and I had a cart we were putting our items in that we wanted to buy. I put my cart a couple isles ahead or behind and walked the isles pushing my mom in her wheelchair then pushing my cart a few more isle before returning to mom and her needs. The manager found my cart and put the items back on shelves. When I asked why, the manager was furious with me. She claims that my cart was left for over 30 minutes so It was abandoned. As I disagreed and told the manager that keeping the cart right next to me wasn't a reasonable demand, she became angrier. She stormed to the front of the store, got on the overhead speakers and announced to all shoppers, keep your cart with you at all times. If left alone, they would take them away. she said it's a courtesy to other shoppers who need carts (there were many empty carts 6 to 8 just outside the front door) She stood up at the registers and pointed me out to all the cashiers. When I approached her to say she could have handled this differently, she raised her voice again to tell me that the announcement was standard and she makes the announcement every 2 hours through the day. She also pointed out that the entire store is under video surveillance and she could pull up the footage right now and prove my cart was left for more than 30 minutes. The manager made a big fuss in the store and other shoppers in my area commented on the managers overreaction. Shocking!!!! Does this store have policies that prevent people with disabilities from shopping with assistance? Does this store really have a policy to announce that shopping carts will be taken away if it is not right with you? Does the company condone managers scolding, demeaning, belittling, or harassing shoppers. Shoppers with disabilities?

Rude Cashier / Terrible Experience

Bought A New House My Sister Took Me Here. I Spent $650 On Items here for my new house. 1 week later one of the mirrors I purchased was damaged in the corner and I wanted to exchange it. Went there the lady was very Nasty, Rude and seemed like she was having a bad day. I gave her my receipt she snatched it, she put my change and coins on the counter. I said "are you having a bad day" She said "Well Duh". I was like Ummm Ok I will not spend another dollar here. Anyone that would hire a woman like that to help customers can't get anymore of my hard earned money. NO Thanks

total scam and price gouging during a pandemic. Shame on us for not checking the country of origin and reading the fine print, but shame on them for not only charging an arm and leg, but taking off their "money back guarantee" shortly after. No product received, no answers received other than to "be patient". Asked for a refund after 60 days and highly doubt I will ever see it.
