Very Bad Service

Very Bad Service. When our payments increased they take 20% Reserve Amount for chargebacks and any other refunds, this amount increases ever month and they wait this amount 6 month. We are selling products. It means customers must get the product in a month or not get. If there will any problem, customers will do chargeback in a month. Why Bluesnap waiting my 20% amount fo 6 month? I think they are using every 20% amount for their
business.Service Really very Bad. We already stopped use this bad service and do not recommend.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We had been working with this company for about two months with minimum chargebacks. As we started scaling our sales they just stopped sending payouts for no reason. No notification was sent to us regarding that hold. When I contacted a chat agent named Oscar he said that the risk team was reviewing the account. But no message received after that. After reading other reviewers we don’t want to work with this company anymore. We just want our money. Over 50k in sales held by these crows.

The reviews I see here are just so…

The reviews I see here are just so terrible, everybody giving one bad review to the other. Not just about people, I have experienced the same. My last review here was good and it's like something felt bad just after that. My account was shut down on the complaint that my site wasn't active or reachable. We have worked things out, relaunched and even reapplied for a fresh merchant account and no one has replied or acknowledged. Now my question is, what's it with replying of emails that no one would simply think it's worth doing?

This is getting frustrating and out of hand, if Bluesnap doesn't want to do business anymore, would it not be a good thing to inform people about that decision?

I want to get my account reactivated, I beg of you guys.

very disrespectful sales team

so after I get to email them, they simply send me my business doesn't fit in their criteria, first of all, I do digital marketing, there is absolutely no reason to not fit your diamond bluesnap, second of all I'm involved in more than one business where I want to get into online Ecommerce, do they really think I would come back for them !!

SCAM COMPANY, STAY FAR AWAY

Worst Experience we ever had.

We have receive a termination letter without any advise:

"Dear Merchant,

This letter is to inform you of our decision to suspend your account and payment due to violations to our merchant agreement. Suspension of your account means that you are no longer able to process transactions through BlueSnap.

All payments and funds will be held for 6 months to cover potential refunds and chargebacks, as well as any legal costs incurred to BlueSnap. If violations or chargebacks continue to occur during this timeframe, the hold time can be extended. After the applicable period of time, any balance will be paid to you. In case of a negative balance in your account, BlueSnap will send an invoice for the balance amount that will be due within 30 days. If you have any reason to dispute the action being taken on this account, please contact our Risk department at (risk department email).

At this time, you are required to remove all BlueSnap references from your website.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Regards,
Sandra David"

This letter was received after a month of working with them, and we have not received a single payment from them. They accuse us of violations of the agreement and they will not give any information about what kind of violations. And we've been held 9200 GBP. We have contacted every day by phone and email and after 8 days MARK (support team agent) and he told us they weren't going to provide more information because they didn't want to (as incredible as it may seem).

From the risk department, they NEVER ANSWER.

We can't access our account or see any information, process refunds, answer chargebacks, or do anything else.

Absolute shame, stay as far away as you can or you are going to lose your business and a lot of money.

Read all the horror stories...

I wanted to try out this company, then I went to trustpilot to read the reviews, I noticed that Bluesnap answered all the positive reviews, but they hadn't answered any of the negative reviews, which are true horror stories. For this reason I'm out!

Total Scammers
I'm in business for around 2 years and have been using Paypal only and have had 0 issues with them, no holds, no reserves or anything. Decided to try Bluesnap out so I have a CC processor as well, used them for a week and a half and then one day I wasn't able to log in anymore. They send me an email that they will hold all the money for 6 months without any reason. I had around 10,000$ in that account that they basically stole from my company. Stay away from them.

I started with bluesnap a few weeks…

I started with bluesnap a few weeks ago, and had a problem with their API where as when on a mobile device the fonts were so big I couldn't use it. After 2 weeks they finally fix that. Once I was up and running things were going along ok till duplicate and triple payments all done within the same second showed up. I refunded everyone this was happening to and next thing I know they are holding my funds. I was using a forum to sell my product from the site they approved and after waiting endlessly for a response I got told that my account is suspended and they may or may not give me my money back after 6 months. Last I looked I had over 14,000.00 they were holding. I can't even log into my account to see now. I am very worried I have been scammed out of my money. Their risk department is totally rude and treat you with zero respect. They never did fix the duplicate payment problem which caused me to have to give all the refunds. I recommend stay clear of this company.

HOW CAN THEY JUST BLOCK ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT???? NO ONE DOES THAT. SO EVEN IF SOMEONE REQUEST A REFUND FROM ME THERE IS NO WAY I CAN. I GUESS THEY JUST WANT TO NOT LET YOU SEE THE INSANE FEES THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. BLUESNAP IS SUCH A BAD COMPANY......

Bluesnap says due to disputes they closed my account. I had one chargeback out of almost 400 sales. Any refunds were due to their API charging twice. If I am getting chargebacks I have not received any emails alerting me. When I did get the one prior to them closing my access to my account I did get a email. Its as if Bluesnap has thrown a vale over the top of my account so I can't see how they are working to keeping my money.

i lost more than 7.500$ with Bluesnap

i open with them an account so i was very happy but just when i was processing 7.500$ in the account they send me an email that they will hold all the money for 6 months without any reason. and I can't log in to my account.

I did also suffer the shut down for our MID like Jesper told. I was in the same part of the website. They just shut down MID and takes huge fees. They couldn't give us 30% back on RR either.

Scammers

Scammers. Took over 56.000 EUR from us, under 100 cbk and rate was under 1%. They have closed our account twice, one because they couldn't reach our site, they just suspended it and we lost a lot of money. Next time it was due to the risk, but under 100 cbk that month and under 1%.... DONT USE BLUESNAP IF YOU ARE A BIG MERCHANT. They just suspend your merchant account whenever they want! Now asking for 30% of our Rolling Reserve which is over 56.000 EUR, and they cannot, even that only 20 cbks per month is coming.. Will aware all to not use BlueSnap!

BlueSnap Closed My Account With $45,000 in it! What's going on???

OMG! BlueSnap are cold heart Scammers!! 6/19/2019 Let me explain what just happened:

So 5 days ago i opened up a BlueSnap account because one of my ecommerce friends recommended me and that BlueSnap is better than the other merchants. I was really thankful because i've been searching for an easy/good payment gateway.

Okay good everything went well, I could log into my account and start processing payments. I was totally new to BlueSnap so first thing i went to do is click on one of the icons in my BlueSnap back office that says: "products" which let you create a product on the BlueSnap platform itself straight connected with their own Payment gateway. Okay cool i was so excited.

So i listed my first product to sell which was a $45,000 watch Patek Philippe. I was so excited that after i created the product on BlueSnap i immediately went and give my customer the link to the product payment gateway on BlueSnap. Before you know it my customer made the $45,000 transaction and we were both happy.

I then immediately received an email from BlueSnap saying: you made a sale and that the transaction was successful and authorized. I was even more happy then because of the fast and easy way BlueSnap works. Okay everything went fine. I then received another email saying my payout will be a daily+3 meaning i will get paid 4 days after the minimum requirement.

Now all of a sudden after 2 days i receive another email from BlueSnap saying: We are glad for your interest in BlueSnap but your business is not a good fit for BlueSnap. I was shocked! cause i don't know what i did wrong at all so i immediately email them back like 2 times, No replies> I started to get worried. Now the next they replied and just simply said to me: Sorry but you can't be using BlueSnap anymore thank you for your interest we wish you the best. I was like what???? Really?? with money in my account??

I sent another email to them asking if i at least can get paid cause the item is already being shipped to the customer. No Reply.

Keep in mind at this moment BlueSnap has already deducted some fees from the $45,000 which made my available balance over $43,000. So over $43,000 is supposed to be paid out to me.

I went to check in my BlueSnap back office to see when my payout date will be and it said: Pay out date 6/20/2019 and the amount was over $43,000.

Now today 6/19/2019 I tried to log in into my BlueSnap account and i saw: "Invalid Password/Email.. I thought i made a mistake so i entered my info again. Still says Invalid! i did it several times and still invalid and came to the conclusion that they closed my BlueSnap account with over $43,000 available balance right before my payout date!

Now all i'm asking is to let me get paid my hard earned money. Let's keep things fair and just let BlueSnap pay out my money, that's all i'm asking. I don't want to use their service anymore but at least pay me my money that was still available in my BlueSnap account. i don't want to cause any trouble i just want my payout.

Can someone please reply to this and lets get this issue solved. Thank You.

Bluesnap.com are possibly the biggest SCAMMERS . Bluesnap .com are suppose too my our money 23 May 2019 up to now they say they did FNB did not reveice any money from them.
Warning they even use fake photos on there chat support.

There may have been here and there some questions or smaller issues over the years, but they were usually solved properly and didn't affect our business in any way and BlueSnap has been so far very supportive.

I hope this will keep up and look forward in a fruitful collaboration.

If you are new in business don't waste your time here.

There are few payment gateway that accepts global merchants, And bluesnap is one of them but it is hard to get accepted don't know their selection criteria. And they don't mention whats wrong with the application.

2checkout has more effective way of validating the company, by asking official registration documents, address proof, document of owner,etc.

If you were to try payment gateway, don't only rely with this.

2. There were inconsistencies between your website, form submission and information available from third-party tools

Zero response!

In spite of multiple attempts to sign up with BlueSnap, no one from Sales would return calls or respond. They lost my initial application and claimed I had never submitted one. No response to my request through customer support or through their sales dept. Just a joke! Probably the only response I'll ever get is to this horrid review where they will probably say something like they say to everybody else...stop making excuses and do your job or get out of this business! Useless, Useless, Useless!
