If you call them it is only about 20 hoops you jump through. Promised service 3 times failed all 3. Agents more interested in what they have to say then your issue. A really terrible company.

Everything No internet, no TV and no phone. Replaced modem still no service. Cogeco ran in a new cable, still no service. Modem goes down every two days and has to be rebooted. This is the worst cable company and service I have ever dealt with. For your own sanity DO NOT! Do Not! Do Not! sign up for any of their services.

I was hospitalized because of an accident. My bill was 5 days overdue. I was disconnected and cogeco would not wait 1 day for me to be home to make payment.

Set up installation completely online, friendly and knowledgeable installation technician. Download and upload speeds are where they should be and haven't experienced any glitches or downtime in first 21 days. If anything changes I'll definitely update my review but so far I'm experiencing much better service than Bell ever gave me.

Me giving 1 star is honestly being overly generous. Their customer service is terrible—rude, dishonest, and more focused on protecting their company’s image than actually helping their customers.
I had a technician come out to fix my Wi-Fi because I’ve been having ongoing issues despite paying for high-speed service. He arrived at 8 a.m., was professional, helpful, and did everything he could on his end. I was told my Wi-Fi would be back up and running within 45 minutes after the visit.
Unfortunately, it has now been over 6 and a half hours, and my Wi-Fi is still not working. When I called customer service, Richard from Kitchener was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Instead of properly addressing the issue, he continued insisting that everything was fine on their end, even though my service was clearly still down.
To make matters worse, I asked multiple times to speak with a supervisor, and my requests were repeatedly ignored. Being denied access to proper support while dealing with an unresolved issue was beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.
I am incredibly disappointed that I am paying good money for poor customer service, dishonesty, and unresolved issues. While the technician who came to my home was excellent, the customer service experience—especially dealing with Richard—was disrespectful, frustrating, and highly unprofessional.

Great representative who l first spoke to , so helpful , so pleasant to speak to , a credit to herself and Cogeco . The technician (Jo) was great , so knowledgeable, a fountain of information regarding technical issues , he sorted my problem and he explained everything he did and also showed me a few tips on my controller l never knew about , all in all , Cogeco are second to none in my opinion.

Changed over from Bell because they guaranteed a 3yr locked in deal that was half the price we were paying for all the same services.
Fantastic interactions with sales person and technician who did the installation made sure everything (including peripheral devices) was working.
