Bharat the customer service agent was terrific!
I am an amateur trader with very little knowledge of how the saxotradergo platform works.
I am also very slow with computers and I had some questions about how to make some changes to my account.
Bharat was extremely helpful and very, very patient with me.
The result of my phone call with Bharat was that I learned quickly about how to use the platform and I managed to make the changes I wanted to make easily.
I cannot recommend Bharat and Saxo enough!

Saxo never ceases to amaze!
I used to bank with Saxo and came back after an investment break. It only took me days to remember why is it I was such a happy client years ago. It's an amazing combination of services, support, education options, analyses... Truly anything a less experienced investor as well as an expert can only wish for. Fast Onboarding and low fees
Thanks to grate team of Sales and Onboarding I was able to open personal and corporate account fast. After funding accounts with amounts close to 1M I was able to receive huge discounts on trading and custody fees. Execution in TOP securities and CFDs are perfect!

Overall
Overall, I am happy with the platform but there are several issues that require to be fixed. While calendar is very useful, actual numbers show up with a big delay, when markets have already reacted and moved a big way. Also, the account balances and cash freeze, but that happens more rarely now than before.
