Also scammed by this website no refund from them but that’s probably because I changed my card once I realised they were scammers shocking
They came up on a google search and looked legit shows how easy it is to rip people off !

I here some have received a refund. I’ve not and checked account every day since. I’m happy to correct this statement if I receive it. I am not even convinced that others have either, they could be fake reviews. Did anyone get any goods at all.

All monies refunded on 5th January. I will always check here in future for any online services. I also got scammed on the other dodgy perfume site as mentioned by others here.

I too purchased from Home and Kitchen Shop at the end of November. Hearing nothing further despite chases I reported them to Action Fraud, cancelled my card and proceeded to instruct a chargeback.
I also received a refund from the seller on 5th Jan without notification from them so am in the dark as to what has happened here however I would be very wary that this could have been a means by the Company to obtain private data including banking details so I would totally avoid this and all associated companies mentioned. HomeandKitchenshop.co.uk is owned by a Leeds-based company called Enessa Ltd which was formed in October 2020 by Niall Scott who also owns other companies. AVOID.

I ordered a product from Sage over The Black Friday weekend, at the time there were no reviews about how dreadful this company is. The money went out of my account on Monday 29th of November by direct debit, and like everyone else the goods didn't arrive. I went to action fraud, and told my bank. However my bank told me not to cancel my card - rather odd I thought, but at the same time relieved, as so close to Christmas.
This morning for some bizarre reason I came onto trustpilot to see just how many more people had been scammed. And read today (January 6th) that somebody had just looked at their bank account and had just received a full refund. So I just checked mine, and sure enough the full amount had been paid back into my bank account yesterday. May I suggest that if you have changed your card, that you contact your bank - as if they have decided to refund people the money for goods not received, it would be credited to the card that you originally used. Hopefully your new card will be linked but really worth checking. Good Luck everyone.

The same company (Enessa Ltd) created a fragrances website, fragrances for less, placed an order on 30th Nov 2020, its now 6th Jan 2021, no response to any of my emails, no delivery. CAB and Trading standards now made aware

More worryingly the website is now some sort of American Baseball site.

I bought a toaster 2nd December 2020 for £91.94. Nothing arrived. No contact details on the website so couldn't follow up with retailer. After 10 days I contacted my credit card company. Was getting the run around ("we need more information to investigate before we contact retailer" etc, etc) when all of a sudden out of the blue a refund credit of £91.94 pops up on my cc account. Contacted cc company to ask about it and they said the retailer must have applied the refund. So there is hope for everyone out there! I see the website has now completely disappeared.

Just wondering if anyone else has had a full refund ???thought I had been scammed after spending 244.95 on a magimix back in November just checked the credit card this morning full refund?? i last contacted them beginning of December all very strange ps i hadn't got round to contacting my credit card company?

Scammed too - obviously not a real company so my goods never turned up. Luckily I paid with Apple Pay and my bank refunded my money.

I too got scammed by this site.
Note there is a similar site called homeandkitchenshop.com set up which looks and FEELS very similar.

Incorporated this year. Owner in Pakistan but has a registered address on the site in Ontario?

I purchased the gummy maker for my daughters best friend and what a let down it did not ever arrive to her. I emailed the company and the email bounced back and the website seems to have disappeared. It’s disgusting how people can do this. I waited for a few weeks thinking item may be coming from China but then have realised I have been scammed.

Been scammed too payed by Apple pay and there nothing they can do was ment to be a sweet maker for all my 3 children

Thieves and Robbers. One word of advice has come from this. CREDIT CARD! (sorry that’s two words).... always pay on a credit card as you have protection when things like this happen. Barclaycard have already refunded my money and hopefully the rest of you guys get some joy as well.

After a year like we have all had, scum like this thinks of doing things like this makes me sick. Anyway passed all of these details through to the police. I am sure it will just be a matter of time.

Coffee machine. Never came! Website gone! I’ve put in a claim to my bank but is there any other way to get our money back?

We too have been scammed. Why are some people so evil with everything going on in the world. How do we or can we get our money back? My sisters and I all put our money together to get my mum a food processor she has wanted for ages :-(. Just want to cry.

Looks like I'm late to the party but have also been hoodwinked. I started to worry last weekend then the item never turned up and re-visited the site, but all "seemed" ok other than the fact the item had not been dispatched. Typically, I simply thought that due to COVID and Christmas things were delayed, so I would give them another week. This weekend, the website has gone away

I suppose this is exactly what they intended.

Anyhow, I have contacted my CC company (AMEX) and they have already credited me the full amount, and the CC has been cancelled.

FWIW, the payment processor they used was Stripe (info at stripe.com) and I have just contacted them as well. I just received a reply from Stripe seemingly to make say that they have no responsibility in this matter, which is a shame.
